The original argument for the legalization of murder was: "It's going to happen anyway, so it should be done by licensed medical professionals in a safe environment."
Now the argument is: "There should be no regulations or licensing requirements or any oversight of any kind - insisting on licensed medical professionals and regular inspections of the murder rooms is unconscionable!"

I suspect this will have just the opposite effect from what they think. It’s a harsh reminder of what an abortion is. A wire hanger is no uglier equipment than that used in a clinical abortion— it’s just a little less sterile.
