Vice President Joe Biden has some problems speaking with a TelePrompter today at the National Association of Community Health Centers 2014 Policy and Issues Forum:
"Stop moving that, that, that, that, uh, you know, what's this thing called? You know, a TelePrompter," said Biden.
"Barack always kids when he says, 'Joe Biden,' he said, 'I'm learning to speak without a TelePrompter, Joe's learning to speak with one.'"
Just you watch.Hillary Clinton will announce that the main reason she’s running for President is for the good of the nation, to keep Biden from getting the nomination.
Joe’s never quite prevailed in the struggle to speak without a brain.
I really hope Ole Joe runs for president, just for the laughs!
Somebody was holding up their phone to take a photo of Joe and he thought the teleprompter shrank.
I have noticed over the past few weeks that Biden has seemed old and confused—more than usual. I think he has physical problems. When he was in Europe a few days ago, he read the statements in a stumbling monotone and his gait was halting. Something is not right.
I can understand how the uninformed and ignorant could get caught up in that "hopey changey" clean articulate thing, but the idea that anyone with a pulse continues to embrace these fools is terrifying.

If you ask any of the Low info crowd.. they:
A. Do not know who Biden is
B. Have NEVER seen an article - Especially his “gaffes”

“Plugs” Biden had some serious brain surgery years ago. He never fully recovered. I’m sure you know this. The question is: how could the media hide this from the rest of the nation.
Not reported was the fact that the text of Biden’s remarks was plagiarized.

I remember his brain aneurism, which happened many years ago. I just think there has been a noticeable change in the last few weeks—at least since I have seen him in public. He is 71, not that old, but he has some problem.
