“For the first time in American history the idea that health care is a right and not a privilege is legislated,” said Biden.

The more people are signed up, the less ability Congress has to turn back the law, he said. “The higher the numbers, the more certitude this is going to last forever,” Biden said

A government that has the power to mandate healthcare, also has the power to take it away.

Biden, you moron. You don’t PAY for a right. Obama’s “miracle” is just an insurance policy.

Where in the Constitution is that spelled out? I know, right adjacent to the right to abortions.

They believe that fundamental rights can be legislated into existence...or out of existence. They are Godless fools.

I’m not convinced the Untied States will last out the century, much less any of its baroque policies.

Liberalism is a mental disorder. That is well known.

In Biden it is also the result of brain damage.

Since the key to Marxism is medicine - or our access to healthcare.

And, since it is imperative for us all to sign up in order for their utopia to work.

And, since they insist on forcing their ideas down our throats.

Then it would make complete sense that the demoncraps would want Obamacare to live forever.

They believe that fundamental rights can be legislated into existence...

They associate rights with entitlement and therefore demand that these rights (Entitlements) be provided at others expense.

With that childish mentality there will be no end to their dreaming up new and exciting ways to enslave producers to the demands of an entitled mob.

Ocare and the Berlin Wall, both all fall down.
Biggest boost to buying popcorn just to watch it implode, to watch the desperation, the anxiety of when will the soft talk end and the iron fists come out.

“The higher the numbers, the more certitude this is going to last forever,”

Forever and ever and ever.

Or until democrats destroy the nation and bring on the Dark Ages for another 1,000 years.

No law can last forever, if only because of the extremely elastic definitions some men can apply to the letter of the law. If laws WERE to last forever, once instituted, then we would still have the divine right of kings and chattel slavery, where a servant is bonded to a master for specified periods of time.

“Forever” - You keep using that word, I do not think that word means what you think it means.

You don’t PAY for a right.

Of course you do, citizen.
Your are a good socialist citizen, aren’t you?? /s

Any way if they can take away your 2nd Amendment rights
what is to stop them from taking away your health care?

Actually I think the opposite is true of this law. The more people who sign up, the more likely it is to collapse on its own weight.

The real question is, “what comes next?”

Liberal confusion. Rights are not legislated.

He says, “health care is a right and not a privilege is legislated.”

The contrapositive to his statement is his other statement, “the less ability Congress has to turn back the law”.

He actually believes that rights can be turned back. That Congress can take back rights that are in the constitution.
