NO JUSTICE DEPARTMENT CHARGES AGAINST OHIO WOMAN WHO VOTED SIX TIMES FOR OBAMA
Big Government ^ | 3/23/2014 | J. CHRISTIAN ADAMS

Posted on 03/23/2014 8:29:25 AM PDT by markomalley

Last week Al Sharpton embraced convicted vote fraudster Melowese Richardson at a “voting rights” rally in Cincinnati.  The United States Department of Justice under Eric Holder has done nothing to Melowese Richardson 410 days after she admitted on camera that she committed multiple federal felonies by voting six times for President Obama’s reelection.

Federal law makes it a felony to vote more than once for President.  In fact, 42 U.S.C. Section 1973i(e) subjects Richardson to twenty-five years in federal prison for her six votes for Obama.

The lack of DOJ action against an unrepentant federal vote fraudster combined with Richardson’s lionization by Sharpton and the organization that sponsored the rally demonstrates how the Justice Department is facilitating a culture of brazen criminality on the eve of the 2014 midterm elections.  The failure to indict Richardson is the latest example of Holder’s department excusing lawlessness in federal elections and abandoning law abiding Americans.

Remember the Rodney King fiasco of 1991?
The Feds retried the case against the officers involved because the "correct" verdict was not rendered by the jury, and the issue was of "national importance" and thus compelled the Feds to use a mulligan.
Nothing as critical of national importance as voting, most rational people would agree, and yet nothing happened in this case of undisputed voter fraud, a serious federal crime.

A corrupt attorney general, cannot be "impeached," specially if the RICO statues are being violated wholesale---
But the person who appoints him is certainly subject to impeachment for allowing naked "arbitrary and capricious" selective enforcement of federal laws?

WHY ISN'T BARACK HUSSEIN BEING IMPEACHED for allowing (perhaps encouraging) repeated violations of his minions' flouting of Federal laws and the common imperatives of their Oaths of Office??

Maybe the rationale is that if they pressed charges against her, they should press charges against everyone else who voted multiple times in 2012...and if they subtracted all the fraudulent votes then the state’s electoral votes might have flipped.

She was let out early.

Perhaps I missed it, but there was nothing in the article in that link to suggest she was "let out" early.

Pick 5 people who did not vote for Obama. She canceled YOUR vote with absolutely no conseqences to her for her fraud.

I do not consider this legal. If the DOJ won’t do their job, someone needs to do it for them. Or out them.

*************
So many reasons to impeach - he should have been impeached during the auto bailout when he took (TOOK) a 5 million dollar dealership owned by a republican and gave it to a Democrat. (targeting started then)
He had much less power then, but no one was paying attention.

Obama showed his true colors from the beginning....

If everyone did it, it would actually be higher than that, wouldn’t it?

Those extra 5 votes wipe-out 60% of the opposition vote.

The article I linked top was dated July, 17, 2013, the day after her sentencing. She got a sentence of 5 years. She’s out already. So,,,, I guess she was “let out” early, eh? There were articles, and postings here on FR when she was released.

From the link at post #30

Other Link

“It took some time, but I finally convinced Melowese to allow her mental health records to be released to the court,” Singleton said.
After reviewing the records, the judge decided to give Richardson five years of probation instead.

So this nut job was in a position of trust for 12 (?) years and nobody noticed she was a nut job?
To say nothing about her prior criminal record.

They stole the election. This we know. The reports about who they honed down into the details of every voter they needed--is only half the story.

Thy drilled down into the battle ground states they needed. They found every precinct in those states where they knew they could commit the most unobstructed fraud and they went to work.

Meanwhile the doddering old fools in the GOP looked the other way, ignored it and went about business as usual--losing.

And the sad thing she can go back to working as before per the law.

....Prior to her conviction, Richardson had been a poll worker since 1998. Under state law,
she will be eligible to vote again in the future.

“In Ohio, felons can vote once their sentence is served, and she’s not barred from working
the polls, but I don’t believe she will be a poll worker again,” Singleton said.

....

You’re arguing the numbers, but my point is that Black people can now vote five times each without being prosecuted or suffering any consequences at all.

If white people were to do the same, we will be classified as felons, lose our right to vote and our Amendment the 2nd rights as well.

This is a big [censored] deal.
