The Nationalists now running Ukraine cannot defend themselves, and yet, they keep poking at the bear.
I don't see this ending well...

Yeah, I’m sure Putin is going to allow Ukrainian language news broadcasts in Crimea. But what’s the difference. In Putin’s world only what Putin wants on the news gets onto the news.

Don't forget. When Reagan, Thatcher, Solidarity, and the Pope were against the Soviet Union, your beloved Putin was fighting to keep it alive. Since then, Putin's become rich off of the Russian people. He's worth $75 billion.

Sounds like resentment could easily stir up civil war. Could Ukraine become a quagmire?

There sure were a lot of posts slamming “Russia media censorship” here. I’m sure those same posters will be on this thread condemning Ukraine’s censorship in short order.
Yep, any minute now.

Another brilliant move by Ukranian thugs in charge. Didn't they just give Putin a reason to take over communication access in parts of Ukraine where Russians are cut off from access to information?
Please, world. Do decent Ukranians a favor. Partition the mess that was never meant to be a nation.

A ruling by a Ukrainian court to suspend broadcasts of four Russian TV channels in Ukraine is an attack against human rights and media freedom, a senior Russian diplomat said on Tuesday. And when it comes to attacks against media freedom and human rights Russia should know.

Please give this sobering documentary a watch:
“THE SOVIET STORY”
(How Russia starved millions of Ukrainian people to death in 1932-1933)
Its being promoted by the founder of the People’s Cube website, Oleg Atbashian, who is himself a former Ukrainian who lived under the iron fist of the Soviet empire.
