Sarah Palin Endorses Julianne Ortman for U.S. Senate in MN Against 'Clown' Al Franken

Framing the potential Senate contest as the "The Clown vs. The Mama Grizzly," former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin endorsed Minnesota State Senator Julianne Ortman Thursday in her bid to get the GOP nomination and unseat Sen. Al Franken (D-MN). The primary is August 14.

Palin slammed the former Saturday Night Live comedian's record in the Senate as a "joke" and, riffing off of Franken's Rush Limbaugh Is a Big Fat Idiot book, called Franken just a "Big Fat Liberal" who voted with Obama 100% of the time:

Al Franken’s career has been a joke; we all know this. The biggest joke of all though is not funny at all because the American people are the punch line. This joke? The fact that Franken has voted 100% (!) of the time with Barack Obama. This just proves what we already knew – Al Franken is a Big Fat Liberal.

"Minnesotans are known for their rugged independence. Adherence to any establishment is frowned upon in the state that has 'gone rogue' in many recent elections," Palin said of the state that has a history of electing anti-establishment candidates. "The only way to beat Al Franken is with a public servant from the people, not from the establishment in Washington, and Julianne Ortman is just that public servant."

Palin spoke glowingly of Ortman's legal practice and record in the state Senate:

Franken is not even far enough up the chain to qualify as a clown.

Yoo, hoo, Dummycrats----can you say "we're gonna get clobbered?"

============================================

STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE As far back as 2008, at the presidential debate in Nashville, Democrat candidate Obama advanced his signature healthcare plan---ultimately enacted, by an historic straight Democrat party-line vote, into the "Affordable Care Act"

QUOTING 2008 OBAMA: "No. 1, let me just repeat, if you’ve got a health care plan that you like, you can keep it. All I’m going to do is help you to lower the premiums on it. You’ll still have choice of doctor.” Repeated over and over ---- with the promise that every American family would be saving $2500.00 on healthcare costs.

Significantly, Obamba NEVER corrected lock-stepping Democrats, all reading from the same Democrat talking points, all of them repeating the same Democrat promises---over and over again.

LOCK-STEPPING PARTY LOYALTY NOT SEEN SINCE 1930-40's ERA EUROPE Obama And The Dems marched in lockstep. The persistent Dumbocrat drumbeat ---- in obeisance to Obama ---- kept ringing reassuringly in our ears: "If you like your plan, you can keep your plan."

=======================================

Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) the 60th vote on Obamacare: "people who are happy with their current plan, wouldn't need to change it."

FRANKEN YOUTUBE SOUND BITE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCZmAYYNz8Ihttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCZmAYYNz8I

===================================================

Dummycrats face gale force political headwinds: dissatisfaction in their own ranks, struggling voters live with Obama's dismal economy, a prevailing belief that Obama is dragging the country in the wrong direction (a surefire loser at the polls).

Dumbocrats stupidly say "they need to embrace ObamaCare's positives," even though ACA is seen as a bigger failure now than it was when their party was soundly defeated in 2010.

Like NUMEROUS demodummies, Franken is indeed a joke. We all know he actually stole that first election. Its time that he gets the boot. If Franken is the best candidate Minnesotan’s can muster, they are in big trouble.

Thank you, Sarah, for putting your spotlight on this race. The libtard media will now fall all over themselves unwittingly bringing attention to Ortman she would not otherwise have gotten. Why? Because they just can’t help themselves.

You rock!

This doufus wouldn’t get 5% vote here in Texas. Any MN freepers here have some scouting reports on whether this slug can be unseated?

If you go to Ortman's website you can volunteer your time and donate your money, but there is nothing indicating where she stands on the issues. So is Palin endorsing her because of her gender? Or does she know something about Ortman's positions? Which begs the question why Ortman doesn't want the rest of Minnesota to know where she stands?

It “raises the question.” “Begs” has a very specific rhetorical meaning inapplicable in this context, meaning “presumes the answer of the question it seeks to answer”.

Considering how often the ballots had to be counted before Franken could be declared the winner, I’m not sure that’s accurate.

I forget about that. They recounted the vote like 4,5,6,7 times until “they” got the results they wanted, a stooge to goose step with the majority.

To be a clown aren’t you supposed to be funny?

Saw a cartoon once, might have been here, 3 paintings, Jessie Ventura, Al Franken and a loon. The captions under were; former governor, senator, and state bird.

Don't forget there enough fraudulent votes (mostly ex-cons) to put Franken over the top. It was a very dirty election. The fraud was pretty blatant.

Rumor has it Ortman is on the Brodkorb list of cheating politicians. The list was inadvertently published for a few hours on the federal court website, and she was supposedly on it. If this is true, it is outrageous that she’s running for office, as it will be used against her.
