We have one of these going on in Cleveland. Some Stokes woman who is clearly disturbed has been allowed to sit for years, abusing everyone in the room and rendering psychotic decisions. Only lately has she become so absurd that the bar is forced into doing something. Never let it be said that shysters don't protect their own.
