Sad but true, this is the way it works in the United States. Two men entered a convenience store, pointed their guns at the clerk, and robbed the store. As they exited the store, an armed citizen confronted them. The robbers pointed their guns at the honest citizen and he shot and killed both of them.
Now the family of one of the dead robbers wants “justice.” They want to sue the honest citizen. And leave it to the media to give the families of armed robbers a forum.
In what has become a cliché, the mother of an armed robber takes to the airwaves to say, “He was a good boy.” This family then has the nerve to say the robbers didn’t deserve to be shot; that an honest citizen had no right to fire at two “boys” who pointed their guns at him. The family then goes on to say that while their boy was a known drug user, he likely only robbed the store so he could get money to pay his child support. It is a seven-minute video, but it should make your blood boil:

Long past time the good people around there got together, showed up at the TV station and demanded their voice be heard.

“Convenience Store”, convenience stores have been the site of some real nightmare robberies, many in the past. Good to see a case where the good guy, the armed citizen, won.
The criminal's family said, I'm not kidding, that since the citizen had a chance to run away rather than defend the clerk that he should have just run away - and that he shouldn't have said anything about it to anyone.
They specifically said he should have not called police or anything because it "wasn't any of his business."
The family should be sued for not raising these immoral dirtball criminals better.
The women in the video is unfit to be a mother. She spews out kids but doesn’t raise them worth a flip. Her problem and no longer society’s problem.

This family is of a separate and distinct culture as different from ours as the Aztecs or the Huns. They are members of a hostile, alien, borderless nation that resides within our nation. It is deadly dangerous, outrageously expensive, and counter productive to allow this situation to continue.
The store clerk should counter-sue their parents for the cost of the bullets.
One of the news reporters in the report in the video’s name is Wendy Davis.
He needs to sue the state for not taking better care of its dependents.

If you own a car and your 35 yo son lives with you are you not required to name him on the insurance policy ‘just in case’ he should drive your car?
“WE” are responsible for our dependents, and if we ‘house’ them we have to take some kind of responsibility for their actions.
Kind of along the line of since I need a DRUG TEST to be able to work to pay taxes to eventually go to the ‘public sector’, shouldn’t ‘they’ be required to undergo drug tests to receive ‘OUR’ money????
Thank God for the Castle Doctrine states otherwise this brave citizen would be in jail.

Better yet…when a criminal in your family is caught or killed committing a crime, you should have to pay restitution to the party said criminal was victimizing. Maybe if these lousy “parents” had some skin in the game, they would actually pay attention to what their spawn was doing and who his friends were.

That Maury Povich show is a real bitch......baby momma drags all twenty of the guys she slept with to tag one with the DNA, and then the first thing she do is get a ‘support order’ from the court....
That’s okay, they’ll just make up another one.
AND they should get a medal.
They got justice. Let it be a warning to others.
Two things, if they lose they will not have to pay the other party's court costs, and they probably would not have the money to pay them if they were responsible for the costs.
