In the closing days of the open enrollment period for the Affordable Care Act (ACA) , the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) was mailing out letters notifying certain Americans that they had already started a healthcare coverage application on their behalf.
The HHS letter stated that the information they used to begin the application for individual Healthcare was obtain by the state agency in charge of implementing Obamacare.
The next step for the individual would be visit Healthcare.gov and complete the already started application to see if they qualify for “Marketplace coverage.”
News of the HHS letter was first mentioned by a listener of the popular “Daybreak with Drew Steele” Show on Fox 92.5, which is out of Fort Myers, Florida.

It is so obvious this is how they got to the 7 point ONE million. It would have looked fraudulent if they had said 7 million and one. They should have said “almost 8 million”. Hell, they could have said a hundred million and gotten away with it.

EXHIBIT ONE We cannot overlook the distinct possibility that forcing the "magic number" caused vote-crazed, desperate Obamatons to phony up the O/Care enrollment list:

-----1. To approve a document without actually knowing or reviewing what it is that is being approved.
----- 2. To complete a form, record, or document without having performed the implied work or without supporting data or evidence.
USAGE "Knowing the auditors were coming in just a week, we chose to pencil whip the quarterly inventory forms for the last year." (This term is popular among military personnel and auditors.)

EXHIBIT THREE The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants, and/or subsidies
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document
A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party. /
Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility
Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.
Thats the way the Obama fascist ball bounces! And "affordable" Obama Care will pay their premiums too in order to buy votes, if their confidential State medical info. indicates a person is one of several Obama Campaign "designated" racial minorities. But if one is a cracker, you gotta pay yourself! I just changed all of my state medical info regarding race. I am now 'African American" by the stroke of my pen, and whats more, I am NOT rascist, although I do admit looking like Al Jolsen these days/S. I just want to save money. Oh the wages of fascism! And nobody asked him about the other 40+ million this boondoggle was supposed to cover.
Does anyone know (1) which states participated in this giving of information to HHS, and (2) how these state agencies would possibly know which of their citizens would want or need a new Obamacare-compliant policy, without violating that individual's privacy?
Just hoping that a copy of this particular HHS letter will be available to the general public, so that more people can see how radical this administration is.

Now suppose the individual is not computer literate? How would he/she be able to visit Healthcare.gov?
And what is the individual threatened with if he/she does NOT visit the site to complete his/her application?
Furthermore, determining whether an individual "qualifies for Marketplace Coverage" sounds like a backdoor way of putting people who otherwise wouldn't be interested on MEDICAID (if they don't qualify).
How do they legally and lawfully have access to that information and the license to fill out any serious document on anyone’s behalf.
Whether or not Holder/Obama like it, any and all criminal complaints to a L/E agency (like the FBI) c-o-m-p-e-l-s an investigation.

PLUS---this is a biggie: for an application to be legally enforced, the individual would have had to sign it. Who signed the app?
Forgery must be considered.
When a third party commits you to a financial transaction, that person is considered your fiduciary....and should not act WRT a payment method or other financial burden that conflicts with your best interests.
