Why did (California RAT) state Sen. Leland Yee escape terrorism charges?

Shocking enough are the allegations that a long-perceived unassuming state senator tried brokering an international arms deal with military-style rifles and rocket launchers, but Leland Yee may have narrowly escaped an even more ominous label: supporter of terrorism.

Yee, whose arrest after an FBI undercover sting shook the California political world last week, would likely have been charged with aiding terrorists if not for a bureaucratic label missing from the militant Filipino group that he is accused of sourcing for an international arms deal, counterterrorism experts told this newspaper.

His ties to the group, whose leader has said he personally met with Osama Bin Laden, are spelled out in a 137-page affidavit. It accuses Yee and two associates of conspiring with an undercover FBI agent posing as a Mafia gangster to purchase up to $2.5 million in weapons from a source with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front in the Philippines.

The group is not among the 56 foreign terrorist organizations designated by the U.S. State Department, although its three-decade reign of terror, including bombings, kidnappings and killings of civilians mirror other designated groups.

I wonder if shoulder-fired missiles translates to 'shotgun'. Biden and the MILFs would approve.

An LA Times headline read, “Even old hands are stunned by Yee allegations.” “If there ever has been a more nauseating corruption scandal in Sacramento, I’m not aware of it, writes one observer. “The notion of a legislator masquerading as a gun control crusader while offering to help a mobster traffic in automatic rifles and rocket launchers is beyond hypocrisy. It’s sick.”

Nice that the LAT is onto Yee's perverted activities. The LAT should do its readers a favor and investigate Yee's deep connections in Democrat circles.

Cali/Nanzi Pelosi's reaction was typical of this airheaded boob---said she thought it was "a mistake." No doubt Pelousy's been a regular at the "Yee House of Mirth".....cashing campaign donation checks, and the like.

===========================================

HEY, LAT, THIS STORY COULD DWARF YEE'S CORRUPTION : Just before the Yee scandal broke, US Sen Dianne Feinstein---Senate Intel Committee head---whined about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. In light of the Yee scandal, this has more resonance now than when she began her whining.

Just wondering. Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly? Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms? Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?

GOVERNMENT FOR SALE: CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DEMOCRAT PARTY Scumbag Democrat Yee conferred government legitimacy on Shrimp Boy Chow's "Ghee Kung Tong" criminal enterprise; Yee used government power and resources to issue an official state proclamation honoring the group.

The SF/GATE reports Democrat Yee took Chow's $6,800.....and used government resources and tax dollars----to officially "honor" the "Chinese brotherhood organization" that his arms trafficking co-conspirator Shrimp Boy Chow had allegedly turned into a criminal enterprise.

==============================================

DI/FI SUCKS UP Taking her cues from a fellow Scumocrat, US Senator Dianne Feinstein "Honored" Raymond Chow---a criminal conspiring to commit anarchy. Clearly, Shrimp Boy Chow had something Sen Feinstein needed.

IS DI/FI'S HUBBY THAT SMART? Di's hubby made millions doing deals in China. Did M/M Di/Fi get any help from Yee? From Shrimp Boy Chow? Intros to helpful Chinese officials....for a fee?

Nice to see people waking up to this fact.

The crap this guy was doing would earn anyone else a permanent cage in Guantanomo.

And he’s just tip of the terrorist treason iceberg in the California legislature.

Just one of many groups using our loose immigration laws against us to earn a Crimea-style takeover, a circumvention of rules or even a high-level manchurian candidate. It is so obvious that we have been sold down the river by the current manchurian...

Yee intended to supply a Filipino terrorist with rocket launchers.

Now, across the world, the Philippines, one of our very important strategic allies, just recently ceded some of their island territory to the islamic rats for their own little muslim state. This involved relocating Filipinos out of the area. These same rats swore the ceding would bring an end to 40-year hostilities between muslim and christian Filipinos.

So why would ‘shrimp boy’ need rocket launchers for his buddies back in the PI? The answer to that question should be obvious but even more obvious is the reality that Yee was, by default, participating in planned hostilities towards a foreign country and an ally.

Gosh, let me think... probably the reason is the same as the one for when all the charges are dropped when he’s allowed to plead guilty for a lesser charge, like jaywalking, and gets sentenced to community service in, say, Chinatown. The Latino community (such as it is) will be calling for his head because of the Moro jihadist connection — and I think that’s the only reason he was indicted. Politicians are scumbags, some moreso than others, and you can bet your ass that Zero and cadre have the goods on any one of them. Thanks Libloather.

Why did (California RAT) state Sen. Leland Yee escape terrorism charges?

I've been asking that since the day this story broke. Why no terrorism and treason charges?

Do you really have to ask?

The answer is in the question .. he’s a demonRAT, so different standards apply.

I’m still stunned that they even arrested him.
