Was this a request to streamline the process and review the case, or is this the whole ball game?

Funny. I thought the Untied States didn’t stand for no involuntary servitude.

OK. Set up a private club. Club members receive benefits including photography services.

Sometimes I believe these sodomites go about looking for bakers or photographers who will refuse them, just so they can weep and howl about “discrimination”.

There are probably quite a few sodomite bakers and photographers they can go to but don’t.

From the ‘reaction’ comments one optimist is banking on similar cases going up for review.

The laughably styled ‘Supreme’ Court will let the lower court decisions stand IMO. Pagan Rome had more virtue than Versailles on the Potomac.

if these rubes had tried to hire me.....

well suffice it to say that my choice to the perfect time..to depress the shutter...might be significantly different that that of a “gay” supporting photographer..

when they refused to PAY....I could sue THEM for DISCRIMINATION.

I’ve seriously considered shopping hyper left providers to present them with the option of serving Nazi or Klan ceremonies or face a lawsuit. A passing whimsy, but it would be fun if done right.

I guess the Supreme Court said, Who am I to judge?

And the queers still won’t be happy with this. Even if their queer “marriages” are recognized in all 50 states, they won’t be happy.

The point is that they will NEVER be happy because they never can be. They will always be miserable with what they are because no matter how many platitudes they receive, no matter how much they militantly suppress the truth, they cannot suppress the truth that lies within their conscience. Because no matter what happens outwardly, inside they know what they are doing is wrong.

OK, so why don’t they just charge an absurdly high amount for an event that they don’t want to do? This happens all the time in the service industry - if you’re too busy or just don’t want the work, you bid accordingly.

Actually you might be onto something.

If this trend becomes “law” of the land, then I can see a new form of civil disobedience.

A photographer forced to photograph a “gay marriage” against his will: oopsie, I must have left the f-stop open all the way on my camera. Sorry.

A baker forced to bake a cake for a “gay marriage”: oopsie, I guess that was salt I added when it should’ve been sugar. Sorry.

Sure they won’t get paid and that’ll be fine. Enough people band together and keep doing stuff like that and word will get out very effectively: sure we can force them to do our bidding but do we want their service?

Problem solved, as demand will dry up for the forced services of Christians. It won’t be worth the immediate hassle; a wedding only happens once, gay or straight. You can sue all you want but it’s not going to bring the wedding back. Wanna take the risk it’ll be ruined just because you wanna make a point?

If you charge different prices for the same services according to who your customers are, that is discrimination and would also result in a lawsuit.

Write Governor Susana Martinez and demand she exonerate Elaine Huguenin and work on a law or executive order restoring religious freedom in the state of New Mexico:
