Yep, the Obama Doctrine is basically surrender. But everything is backwards to these liberals.

Especially the countries that haven’t had to spend any money on national security and were free to redistribute the wealth. They are pretty bummed. Obama probably had a 70 to 80 percent approval in these countries earlier in his presidency.
