Rep. Aaron Schock (R., Ill.) told Fox News host Gretchen Carlson there is “clear evidence” embattled former IRS official Lois Lerner broke the law Wednesday on Fox News.
The House Ways and Means Committee released a report today revealing evidence highly incriminating to Lerner, and will refer her to the Justice Department for prosecution.
Among the more startling allegations, Schock revealed the committee found evidence she deliberately attempted to obstruct Crossroads GPS’s 501 (c)(4) approval for purely political reasons.
“We have in writing her own e-mails after meeting with liberal-leaning groups like Democracy 21 and others where they specifically say, go after Crossroads GPS, target Crossroads GPS, shut them down, are the words that were used. She then goes after that meeting and e-mails her subordinates and says, ‘give me all of the documentation on Crossroads,’ and suggests denying their application.”

Yeah, and it is my belief that OFA has literally billions of dollars behind it. All the ACORN money, all the "billion-here-and-billion-there" little "oops, we can't account for that, Congressman" leaks that have occurred over the last five years.
The $6B that disappeared from the Department of State, big chunks of the tens of billions of dollars that were sunk into bogus ObamaCare website development projects, not to mention huge amounts from offshore sources and the "ditzy-billionair's-wives-club."
I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface.
Ms. Lerner will be very handsomely rewarded for her service as a stand-up guy.

One such juicy tidbit is regarding the conservative group, "True the Vote".
She and her IRS henchmen and henchwomen just loved to wantonly email each other about their little conspiracies and strategeries aimed at intended conservative victims...and lots of these emails are now safely ensconced in Trey Gowdy's right hip pocket.
AG Eric Hitler notwithstanding, one way or another, we won't have to wait long. We'll soon see Ms. Lerner disappear from her IRS post faster than a cat in a Taco Bell kitchen.

you know if he refuses there just may be enough Dems running scared to jump into the fray and go along with his removal. At this point they’d love to have something to point to that wold appeal to the independent voter.
