Government officials retreated Saturday from federal property in Gold Butte, Nev., leaving behind some 389 “trespass cattle” that had been impounded as the result of a decades-long dispute between a local rancher and the U.S. government.
But while the story has managed to capture the attention of thousands of Americans, it has also managed to confuse thousands more. Indeed, from questions regarding property rights to whether a Democratic senator was involved in the cattle roundup, many have been left wondering what it’s all about and searching for the facts.

I have more info here. Reid bought his own BLM land in the middle of Searchlight in early 70s, likely at $2.50 per acre mining patent under 1872 law.
Dirty, crooked, Harry involved? Yes.
Beck and the Crew forget one thing. Article 1 Sec 8, number 17 of the enumerated powers. The federal government CAN NOT own any other lands other than what are indicated in that enumerated power. And the ten mile square? The is in reference to Washington DC.

The problem here is..is Nevada actually a state? Or has it considered itself a territory? Nevada had better amend its constitution.

Gold and Silver and other minerals. Need to Check out how many mining firms operating in that state are actually US based firms. Bet very few.
Given that Congress has turned law making over to the Agencies, Reid is now effectively in charge of making the Law all by himself.
As another FReeper pointed out, "King John was fond of saying, "The law is in my mouth.". Now Rustler Reid is in charge of the Laws made by the BLM so that the Laws of the BLM actually come from the mouth of Rustler Reid.

Beck’s closeness to Huntsman really makes anything from the Blaze questionable to me, after watching old man Huntsman run down Ted Cruz last year. Mow likely is it Reid and Huntsman are cronies? I’m guessing it’s very likely.

There was a lot more to this event than tortoises or land disputes. Bundy doesn’t even run that many cattle and we’re talking about an enormous amount of land that couldn’t possibly have been affected by a few hundred cows. I don’t know if it’s water rights, mineral rights, or what, but something stinks to high heaven.

Beck has a problem. As a practicing Mormon, does he back Jack Mormon Reid, or decent “real Mormon” Bundy? Mormons refer to “the worst of the worst on this Earth, as The Son’s of Perdition.” Now, finally we get to see one, Dingy Harry Reid!
