The Crimean Tatars living in the Autonomous Republic, who refuse Russian citizenship, are being fired from their jobs. This was stated live on “Hromadske.tv” by MP Mustafa Dzhemilev.
“The situation in the Crimea is oppressive. They are checking documents at every corner. The people don’t know what to do. The Crimean Tatars who don’t want to become Russian citizens, are essentially being forced to do so, as if they do not receive Russian passports, they will not be able to get employment,” he said.
“Those who refuse to take the passports are already being fired from their jobs. The issue of property rights is also questionable,” stated Dzhemilev. -TVi
But if their information is not reliable, why does it matter if RT is live-blogging events in near-real time? They have a long history of lying.
Does the “best English Language source for info” for you mean pumping out the most continuous amount of propaganda in near-real time?

Just a few days ago Putin had Snowden come on RT with him just so he could ask him whether Russia spied on Russian citizens, even though there’s plenty of evidence that they do.
Putin said that unlike America, Russia does not spy on any citizen without a court order. Propaganda at its finest.
