Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) criticized the federal response to rancher Cliven Bundy, becoming the first GOP 2016 presidential hopeful to weigh in on the issue.

Paul slammed the federal government’s show of force in the dispute, which culminated in a standoff at Bundy’s ranch between police and his supporters, including armed members of militia groups.

Bundy is refusing to pay grazing fees for his cattle, which for decades have grazed on federal land. Paul sided with Bundy in that fight, arguing that Nevada and local authorities should control the land.

Opinions are like azzholes...Everyone has one...Some are bigger than others...ehem...’scuze me...

Personally, my opinion is that we need to fire every frappin’ one of them, (including Cruz and Lee and a few others we might all like as well)) and start over with “real” people...

So, if you were in a warzone, you'd just stay in the back with a machine gun, and kill everyone including your fellow troops.

That opinion smells like...

Yep...I think it needs to be etched in stone, and hung around a few necks as a “subtle” reminder of how things need to be...Not like they ought to be...Non-assuming like my next reply to ROCKLOBSTER’s asinine assumtion...

Lets look at your choice of words here...

First, what would you know about a “warzone” to begin with???

No Veteran I know uses that kind of terminology, who has actually been in combat...

Of course I can safely say with a degree of confidence, that your particular elected delegation from your home district is above reproach, perfect in every way...Very effective in dealing with the destructive nature of what this government (elected class) has turned itself into...

So your guys/gals should stay put...They are doing a fabulous job...Winning the fight, all by themselves??? Right???

I mean since you feel comfortable putting words in peoples mouths...You know, making assumptions...

So really??? You think what I wrote meant I want to “kill” elected officials??? Is that what YOU believe I want to do???

I remember you from a year or so ago...You have not changed a bit...Not that I would assume you would...

Have you ventured out from the basement, gotten a little sun lately???

Well, I know there's likely to be friend and foe, enemies, probably shooting at each other.

No Veteran I know uses that kind of terminology, who has actually been in combat

Who ever said I was a veteran?

your particular elected delegation from your home district is above reproach, perfect in every way...

Don't look at me, I voted against every one of them.

since you feel comfortable putting words in peoples mouths

I didn't put any words in your mouth, I just read yours.

You think what I wrote meant I want to “kill” elected officials??? Is that what YOU believe I want to do?

No, that's stupid.

You want to politically eliminate your only protection from the communists. Who knows what would replace them.

I remember you from a year or so ago...

Funny, never heard of ya. You must be a retread.

Have you ventured out from the basement, gotten a little sun lately?

Where would I get sun? I live in Maine.

Spoken like a true dyed in the wool Paul-Bot... Symbolism over substance... Words that almost sound too good to be true, but when you get right down to it, its empty of anything palatable (really conservative) in the long-term... Go create your own political party...Stop polluting others... I’m interested in knowing how that works out for y’all...

Spoken like a true neocon asshat. You run your mouth a lot on FR threads, but don't offer anything of substance.

Thank you for your offer to grant me a new political party (in your infinite wisdom and desire to be a benevolent dictator), but I think I will stay in the Republican Party that I joined when I first registered to vote twenty-five years ago. Hopefully, we can get the party back to a Goldwater-Reagan mentality, rather than the globalist BS that you prefer. Feel free to leave the party if you like, and let me know how that works out for "y'all.""

I think the term, "Bottom Line", goes well here... Rand is correct.

The term “should” does not explain that the Feds are in violate of the constitution. It could just as easily mean that Feds have the jurisdication, but it “should” be different.

Bottom line: The Feds are in violation of the constitution.
