You really have to admire the chutzpah.
In her 2012 campaign, Senator Heidi Heitkamp worked long and hard to brand herself not as a liberal Democrat, but as an independent who would stand up to President Barack Obama. Such rhetoric was necessary in a state where Obama lost by more than 20 points, and Heitkamp herself won by just a few thousand votes. Its hard to imagine Heitkamp being in the US Senate now had she not campaigned so hard against Obama.
But she did, and she won, and then spent her first year in the US Senate voting with President Barack Obama 97 percent of the time according to an analysis by Congressional Quarterly.

The sheeple are stupid.
The rule is really simple: Never, ever vote for anybody with a D after their name, even if they are clearly better qualified.
It’s only Mid-April and these dogs are turning on each other.October should really be something to behold.
They won’t turn on each other. We’re the devil to them.
Stop dreaming. Democrats have learned from Ronald Reagan’s 11th commandment....never speak ill of another party member.
At best they may disavow Obamacare but never Obama himself.
Only the republicans turn on other republicans.
Heitkamp represents a state with fewer black people than a hockey team, so she can afford to be “independent.” If she voted with Obama 97% of the time, it’s because most of the things she voted on in the U.S. Senate weren’t terribly controversial for the people in the Great Plains.
She’s pissed about the latest do-nothing from Zero regarding Keystone XL, and is pushing for more coal use. Thx ObamahatesPACoal.
The Malebolge (8th circle of Hell) just placed an order for 1 million extra tons/yr until infinity to accommodate the regime and all its remora.
I doubt Heitkamp will seek a second term.
