...less likely to have photo IDs or the documents needed to get them.

It sounds like this turd is describing illegal aliens.

I wish that for once, JUST ONCE, we would have a Republican governor, who would issue a governor’s executive ruling that would immediately declare the unelected activist judge’s ruling to be null & void. We need Repub governors to just grow a pair of balls and fight back against these judicial bastards! I am so sick of this liberal bullsh_t! We need CW II more than ever!

Of course. How is one to keep control of the rabble if their vote actually matters?

...unfairly burdens poor and minority voters.

That's a laugher.
EVERYONE knows the only reason to oppose voter ID is so the Demmunist Party can more easily steal elections.
EVERYONE includes this corrupt judge.

Why do we need legislature bodies anymore when the judiciary now makes all the laws?

That Judge needs to be dragged off the bench.

Do the poor and minorities buy beer? You need ID

Do they buy cold medicine? They need ID

Do they cash a check at a bank OR WalMart OR any number of check cashing stores? THEY NEED ID!

Jesus Christ this is making me feel like I’m taking crazy pills! What the Hell is WRONG with this idiots who are SUPPOSED to uphold the LAW?!

Governor Walker should override it anyway.

Same as in Pennsylvania; we passed Voter ID by about 70% approval, and some POS lib judge - appointed by Democrats - strikes it down.

Enforce it anyway. We have the right to protect our votes from Democrat fraud.

A federal judge in Milwaukee has struck down Wisconsin's voter Identification law, saying it unfairly burdens poor and minority voters.

Is she declaring it unconstitutional? Or does that even matter any more?

We don’t have a rule of law in this country. We have rule by judges.

By that rationale, laws that require people to have photo ID to purchase firearms from federally licensed dealers, or obtain concealed carry permits, violate the Second Amendment.

FREE Wisconsin ID cards for voting

If you are a U.S. citizen, will be at least 18 years of age by the next election, and would like a Wisconsin ID card to vote (although it’s not currently required), please check the ID for FREE box when completing the MV3004 (Wisconsin Identification Card (ID) application) or when applying online. Otherwise, please pay the required fee. DMV customer service centers accept cash, checks, most debit cards and the following credit cards: MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For online transactions, we accept most credit cards.

A free ID card is NOT available under the following circumstances:
•If you currently have a valid, unexpired driver license (DL), you are not eligible under Wisconsin law to obtain an ID.
•If you will not be at least 18 years of age on the date of the next election.
•If you are not eligible to vote in Wisconsin.

DMV does not have information regarding voter eligibility, poll locations, voter registration information or other election information. Please contact your local election officials or county clerk for election information. The Government Accountability Board is another useful source of information.

What bullshit, every poor and minority voter has some form of ID.
Wisconsin should mandate a photo I’d for every person receiving welfare or food stamps. Watch the Libtards squirm.

Next to the name of each registered voter on the rolls should be a space for the voter's signature and thumbprint.

I suspect that all these new more complicated laws are being written by the lawyers who then get paid to litigate whether the laws are valid.

With a signature and thumbprint, there is no need for voters to bring any paperwork. How can a voter bring someone else's thumb?

Indiana’s voter ID has made it through the courts already, it’s a good law and works well. Why the hell didn’t they just copy it word for word and then replace IN with WI??

This idiot judge is federal, he COULDN’T do anything then and it would have saved all of this BS.
