A blast injured dozens Wednesday evening at a train station in the capital city of northwestern China's Xinjiang region, where President Xi Jinping traveled this week with a pledge to strike hard at terrorists.

The explosion occurred at 7 p.m. and ambulances were rushing injured to the hospital, the People's Daily official government newspaper said in a post on its verified social media feed. The newspaper later said at least 50 people were injured at the city's southern station.

Uygurs (i.e. muslims) are 41.5% of the population in that region.

Communists took over their country in 49 and banned religion and killed a huge number.

Has Obama issued a statement yet to say that nothing suggests this is the act of terrorists? And if it was, it must be former President Bush’s fault?

Probably not enough. It’s hard to say who is worse: The Communists or the Muslims.

Both have killed so many people that it’s probably a toss-up.

It’s all due to a Uygurs video

Quick way to solve it:

1) Make jobs available for Uygur women (and ONLY women) in eastern China. Encourage them to move there.

2) Make no jobs available to Uygur men. make them dependent upon their daughters sending money back.

3) Encourage the Uygur women to marry Han men, thus alleviating the woman shortage in Chinese society.

Within a generation, the problem is gone.

Not even close.

Chinese Communists killed 60 million. They beat everyone else.

“Within a generation, the problem is gone.”

You know, that’s not a half bad idea.

If the city is Urumqi, then it’s the largest concentration of Uighur Muslims in China. As in critical mass.

In response to this:

President Xi stresses Xinjiang’s stability vital to whole nation

URUMQI, April 30 (Xinhua) — President Xi Jinping said that long-term stability in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is vital to the whole country’s stability and national security.

Xi made the remarks during an inspection tour to Xinjiang which ended on Wednesday.

“The long-term stability of Xinjiang is vital to the whole country’s reform, development and stability; to the country’s unity, ethnic harmony and national security as well as to the great revival of the Chinese nation,” Xi said when meeting with local Party and government officials.

Safeguarding the country’s unity and fighting separatism are of the upmost importance and in the basic interests of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, he said.

While fighting terrorism, China will deploy a “strike-first” strategy against terrorists in this region to deter enemies and inspire people, Xi said.

The country’s counter-terrorism operations will maintain high intensity and abide by laws, he said.

That’s pretty much their strategy in Tibet although it’s taking more than one generation.

If it hasn’t been stated already... I’m thinking totally related to an internet video.

Are the culprits card carrying members of an official licensed terrorist organization or was this the action of some “lone wolf”?

I heard that “great revival of the Chinese nation” part and it made me wonder if their goal is to build an economy based on building concrete statues of the Chinese army then burying it forever? Or maybe they’re pining for the days when syphilis was rampant? Oh, the memories, the Greatness?

“Chinese Communists killed 60 million. They beat everyone else.”

They may be in the lead now, but American women have killed upwards of 50 million babies and counting. They will surpass the Commies in a few short years at the current rate.

They claim it’s their right to do so.

Um, China has a one child policy and forced abortion. A woman’s work group monitored their menstrual cycle to make sure there were no extra babies.

In other words, your point is good, but China by far out does the US in abortion and infanticide.

Muslims resort to attacks on civilians in every part of the world. Having said that, I have no love for the Chi-Coms who I’m sure have been as brutal in their suppression of islam as they have been in their suppression of Chritianity and Tibet Buddism.
