Ah, yes — because as we all should know very well by now, investigating the Benghazi attack and its aftermath has only ever been about crazed hyper-partisan Republicans wielding preposterous conspiracy theories in a wildly politicized attempt to reopen an obviously open-and-shut case, and not at all about the White House trying to cover the tracks of its own incompetence whilst preserving the narrative that al Qaeda had been decimated and was on the run. We should be talking about more important things, like Democrats’ old-and-busted, top-down ideas for killing jobs and further encumbering the economy!
I haven’t seen that, but what I will say is, again: Diversion, subterfuge. Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi. Why aren’t we talking about something else? Whatever was in that, what I know of what I’ve read in the press about those emails, was very consistent with what was put out there before. I don’t think there’s anything new there.
Just for the sake of contrast, here’s what the Speaker of the House had to say on the subject last night:
“Four Americans lost their lives in Benghazi, and this White House has gone to extraordinary lengths to mislead, obstruct, and obscure what actually took place. I am appalled to learn that the administration concealed relevant documents after the House subpoenaed all emails related to the misleading talking points. When four Americans die at the hands of terrorists, the families of the victims – and the American people – deserve the full, unvarnished truth and nothing less. Instead, this White House has been callously dismissive of our efforts to get answers. The House has a constitutional obligation to carry out oversight of the administration, and the president has an obligation to cooperate. This evasiveness must end. Our investigation into the events of that September night is going to continue until this White House owns up to the truth – and until these terrorists are brought to justice.”

President was using his Ambassador Stevens to arrange an arms deal with the enemy alQaeda.#2 the media purports to be a watchdog to our freedoms and independent of the politics. yet it has been the lap dog for the Democratic Party and for the White House. The media has forgotten the “investigative journalism” that helped bring Nixon down. (IMO Nixon was far more honest and far more capable that the Communist from Kenya. #3 the political appointments that purport to perform our nations business were more interested in protecting and in getting Obama reelected. Finally the Obama campaign had already planned to demonize Romney on his lack of experience —so when the arms deal went bust the Presidents handlers felt obligated to fabricate from whole cloth the story of the ou Tube Video . ....So Ms.P. if you were a Patriot and not a transmission belt to Soviet Communist dictatorship you’d already know the answer to your rhetorical and political feint.
We need to talk about Benghazi to find out what’s in it.
