If House leadership are spooked it is because the investigation may reveal that they knew a lot more about it all along than they have let on, and were in collusion with Obama and Clinton the whole way.

Hell we do not know where the President was during the battle and who gave the order to stand down (the thought is to always to go to the sound of gunfire when Americans are in danger). The thought of the answering those two questions will drive the left nuts.

"...and it makes all of the other Republican led panels that dug into Benghazi seem like Keystone Kops. "Now they are worried that they look like idiots for NOT finding anything before?
Morons should not have done a half-assed job before.

Investigate and find nothing new, and the committee looks like a bunch of tin-hatted obsessives. Investigate and uncover previously-hidden secrets, and it makes all of the other Republican led panels that dug into Benghazi seem like Keystone Kops.LMAO- left wing nonsense...does anyone expect anything different from the far left?? if the GOP uncovers the BS lies of obama over Benghazi its their fault...

Thank God that GOP hack Rogers is retiring.

They have seen Trey Gowdy in action. They are aware of his record as a prosecutor.
We are seeing fear on both sides of the aisle.

He may also be ‘compromised’ because he is a muzzie, so I hear.
The peaceful type, I hope.

I quess Eli is right. Maybe the GOP should just fold the tents and go home. After all, they don’t want to get spooked.

Mike is also retiring, interesting all these Congress Critters suddenly retiring (ie: Carl Levin who knew emails of his would be released).
What did Mike know about Benghazi prior to Stevens death?

One thing is clear, they need to drag his ass before the special committee and show no mercy. He’s got a radio show waiting for him after his retirement, which will be conveniently used to attack Conservatives.
