Perversion is revolting to those who are not perverse
Renew America ^ | 5-15-14 | Sylvia Thompson

Posted on 05/14/2014 8:20:02 PM PDT by ReformationFan

I was irritatingly reminded, once again, of just how degenerate our nation has become. I read recently that a football player for the Miami Dolphins, Don Jones, was fined and castigated for voicing his revulsion at the sight of a fellow teammate, Michael Sam, in a lustful display of homosexual eroticism. Which, by the way, has nothing to do with "love." Michael Sam is the latest black pawn of the homosexual movement.

As a black person, I can relate to a factor that I think has bearing, at least in part, on Mr. Jones' revulsion. Not only was this erotic display sinfully sick, but it also involved another black male athlete. I recall the earlier "coming out" of a basketball player who was also black. The predominantly white Left was as ecstatic then as it is now (so was Barack Obama). It seems obvious to me, and maybe to Mr. Jones as well, that the Left's championing of non-male black men is part of its ongoing plan to destroy black America, in this case, by emasculating its men.

The Left's behavior these days is reminiscent of that of civil officials in the American South under the Jim Crow legal system. Black men were distinct targets of their racism during that time of intense racial strife in our country's history. Lynching and castration of black males seemed a clear indication of fear of black masculinity. Now that the legal system no longer tolerates lynching and castration, black men are emasculated psychologically. No, the Left does not make men homosexual, but its liberal adherents foist the behavior upon society, and are therefore complicit in furthering the deviancy.

The sinister promotion of homosexual black males and subsequent persecution of all who fight this travesty is a continuation of that hatefulness spawned in the days of Jim Crow. It bears noting that in conjunction with the emasculating of black males is the mass destruction of black children in the womb, as orchestrated by the white-dominated Planned Parenthood and other pro-abortion entities. This, in addition to the liberal Left's systematic destruction of the black family, reveals a pattern that all but the thoroughly duped should be able to see.

What Christians (of all colors) must understand is that homosexual behavior is perverse because Almighty God, who created sex and sexuality, deems it perverse. And it is understandable that He would have instilled in humankind the capacity to be repulsed by what is abominable in His eyes. Scriptures say that we are made in His image. Consequently, that which repulses God would repulse humans who relate to God. Nobody, and certainly not Christians, should be ashamed of being repulsed by homosexual behavior, despite the purpose-driven pabulum that they are being fed by leaders of many of the mega churches and in some traditional churches.

Of course, not all humans relate to God, and those who do not are more inclined to do things that repulse Him. The fact, however, that some humans do not relate to God is irrelevant. He has control and in the end (whenever that comes), those people, if they continue to defy Him, will be destroyed. Mealy-mouth proclamations to the contrary by so-called Christian leaders will not alter that truth.

This being the case, all people who feel the same revulsion that Don Jones feels at being visually assaulted by public displays of homosexual eroticism should be brave enough to voice that revulsion, whenever confronted with such displays. Because if we do not voice our disgust, the behavior will not stop and it will get worse, and eventually Christianity will be outlawed in the America that was founded by Christians.

Yes, you will be vilified by Satan's minions on the Left, as Don Jones and so many other Americans have been and still are being reviled and persecuted. The question becomes, "Do you fear the willful sinner more than you fear Almighty God?"

The line pitched by some so-called Christian leaders, "Love the sinner and not the sin," is naive at best and dangerously unscriptural at worse, in my view. There is no separating the willful sinner from his sin ("willful" meaning that he sins by deliberative choice); they are one and the same. The people who defy God and refuse to avoid gross sin are vastly different from those of us struggling on a daily basis, under the burden of inherent sinfulness, to align our lives with Almighty God's will. And that includes some homosexuals. Those of us strugglers are the people for whom Christ provides protection and strength.

There is a scriptural distinction between sheep and wolves. And those of you who refuse to make the distinction (which requires judging them by their fruits – by what they do), refuse by choice. Whether your refusal is out of fear of the consequences (possible suffering) or from general ignorance of Scripture, the choice is yours and yours alone. And you alone will answer to God for your choice.

I have made my choice; I will face down evil with the help of Christ Jesus for as long as I draw breath, and I hope and pray that there will always be other Americans standing with me. If not, this Christian will stand alone and await judgment in due time from my God.

The idea of being frozen in chosenness is warping this theology and making it a rigid “good luck.” IMHO.

She is so “wise” as to mock God’s own suit of love. I may be only one person, but I don’t call that wise.

Read the essay again. This Lady is a Christian woman. If that oggends you, then please try to hold your peace. She would not dream of mocking God, and she is a skilled enough writer to not even allow it to creep into her works.

By mocking the idea of loving the sinner. But that is a mission that God’s own love undertakes. Are we purer?

I don’t care what 2 or more consenting adults do in the privacy of their bedrooms, but I do object to them constantly rubbing it in our faces.

I don’t run around telling everyone my perversions, and I don’t want to know other people’s!

You would do well to reread how she posed that rebuff of the missuse of ‘love the sinner but not the sin’. Other than that, just have nice day.

As individuals who read the bible and accept Jesus Christ, we know that Michael Sam’s homosexual behaviour is an abomination to GOD. Then why are all our church leaders not denouncing him and his homosexuality before the nation?

I believe there are many (not all are) lukewarm Christian churches and pastors who are afraid to teach sound doctrine and defend the church in a world continually obsessed with evil.

Jesus charged them to feed the flock and defend it from the wolves until HE returns. Instead, they are the wolves in sheep’s clothing who continually fleece the flock (spiritually and monetarily).

What Christians (of all colors) must understand is that homosexual behavior is perverse because Almighty God, who created sex and sexuality, deems it perverse.

What Christians (of all colors) must learn to explain is why the mechanics of violating G_d's system are destructive to liberty and empowers the almighty State. Sexual license isn't about freedom; it induces slavery.

Children with working parents are raised primarily by the State and mass media. Parents with moral problems usually go to the State for a divorce and enforcement of the settlement. That teaches children that it is the State that is in charge, not the parents or G_d. Children raised by the State and the mass media without stable parental involvement media have moral problems. Children with moral problems often grow up to be criminals, welfare cases, and incapable of providing a stable nurturing environment for the next generation. The State settles disputes, processes criminals, and psychiatric "treatment" which defines morality in such a way as to perpetuate the problems. The State educates the children to be servile morons. All of these "needs" and inabilities to control one's impulses induce demand for police, case workers, judges, lawyers, counselors, teachers, physicians, psychologists, prison guards, all on FAT pensions, none of it is cheap. Hence, they tax the middle class to pay for it while the rich shelter their incomes.

Dependents vote for the welfare state that writes the rules for everybody. Guess who it is to whom the administrate State responds? Those who fund the politicians: the rich and the bureaucrat unions. Is it any wonder then why Kinsey was funded and promoted by the Rockefeller Foundation and Rockefeller-owned media? Hence, it is the rich and the bureaucrats who subsist off the powers bestowed by their dependents, thus constructing a permanently indentured constituency funded by a dwindling middle class.

To say that sexual license constitutes freedom is the biggest lie of the 20th Century. Of course, it is sold by those whose revenue derives from their ability to manipulate public opinion on behalf of their owners.

She is so “wise” as to mock God’s own suit of love. I may be only one person, but I don’t call that wise.

What is unwise is for her to address her rationale to people who believe in G_d as sufficient justification for civic laws based upon Christian morality. The people we need to convince of the logic of God's system are not Godly people. Unless we can explain to ungodly people why immorality breeds slavery to the sponsors of the almighty State, our arguments will be without effect.

And she has committed a sleight of hand there.

How can you look at someone and, not even knowing them, shriek “willful... hopeless forever”?

The less a person is involved with perversion, the more likely the person will generally find it odious.

Fine, all is agreed to this point.

But when we claim to be able to lump the world into two camps, “us” versus “them,” and further claim to make the distinction right here, right now, we presume way more than we have a right to based on empirical fact.

The truth is that the world is full of nothing BUT sinners, and there are few if any with an infallible “Christian radar.” Sometimes you can not know whether or not a person is even a believer until you have known him or her a long time.

This messy world calls for great individual discernment, not proud shooting from the hip. It gratifies us to pat ourselves on the back as the “non-perverts” while noting with proper disapproval the obscene orgy going on over there on the other side of the room. But nobody knows the leering look or filthy fantasy that we might find suddenly being entertained in our heads.

The less honest we are about our own fallibility, the more likely we are that Satan can take long term advantage of us through that fallibility.

I’d like to ask this “non perverted” church a question. How is its love life? Can it boast a lower divorce rate than the world in general? From last I have heard, the answer is no. If so, this ought to get us to stop and think real good. The slippery slope into worse stuff might be shorter and closer than we think. The answer that matters most is not “What camp are you in” but “What are you doing right now with Jesus and letting Jesus do with you?” I.e. not “where are you now?” but “what are you becoming?”

I am committed to letting Him make me His perfected child. I don’t know about the rest of you.

I give her the benefit of a doubt. There are those involved in sin who claim they were born that way, are proud of their sin, and promote it.

Well I sure hate the sin! I sure love the sinner because I’m commanded to love my neighbor as I love myself!! But I sure wish these perverse individuals would go and sin no more and quit trying so desperately to get all the rest of society to accept such a sinful way of life as normal, natural and even preferential when it so obviously flies in the face of God’s plan to be fruitful and multiply!!!

Well, their problem is meeting a lack of love, the wrong way.

Those who are brave enough not to worry about being called “gay lovers” (think of “nigger lovers”) may have a fighting chance of bringing love the RIGHT WAY to them.

And I’m not just arguing to argufy here. The whole sick pageant of homosexual/fetishistic lusts is a demonic stealing of the dynamics by which Christ can genuinely redeem a life.

The son of God got Himself pretty “dirty” in order to save a lost world. While committing no sin, he took sins upon Himself. The very famous Cross resulted.

Will *we* let ourselves get “dirty” in the same way? Not sinning, but approaching a sinner in the attempt to bear his or her burdens and steer him or her in the right way?

I flatly reject any possible connection or comparison to civil rights or even civil decency in this debate! The battle against racial discrimination NEVER included deliberate desecration of religious remembrances or symbols (ie our Savior in a bottle of urine, etc., etc., etc!).

Now I go to your next posting re: demonic possession.

Well you've seen what happened to Michele Bachmann's husband when he tried what you suggested. Old Lucifer and his gang got all "wee wee'd up" over that exercise in furtility.

Since humans have free choice where the Savior is concerned and he will never force anyone to turn from satanicly inspired lust that defies the almighty's plan of redemption, this whole argument becomes a further exercise in futility.

Old Lucifer is working under a deadline and his time is almost up!!! If any of these demon posessed dudes have any thought of repenting and turning a 180 against their sick and disgusting perversion… They better hurry up!!!

And true, it does. The folks who are parading sins around are going to get the worst retribution. I don’t know how they can’t realize that they have majorly punked the societies of the world. Not even Sodom boasted this sort of weirdness.

And yet even some of those most evil ones may be “snatched from the flames.” Let alone many of those who are just going along for the ride. We are unwise to snub God’s patience, but wise to redeem the time. A time will come when such snatching will be literally impossible, and how will we feel when the Lord asks us why we let the opportunity go by, not even trying, giving cockamamie, unbiblical excuses? IMHO, and I believe the bible agrees.
