I tried to compute the percentage of guns this represents to a total of about 300,000,000 guns in American hands. It was too low for my calculator to calculate, but it looks like, if I'm reading the numbers right, about .0000001 percent of the guns out there.
THAT will make a HUGE dent in the problem. What a waste of effort and money by these fools.
Time it took to find the home address of Mr. L.C. Stevenson Sr. on Google, less than 5 seconds.
I wonder if he even realizes that he has just made a prayer to Saint Darwin, to remove him from this mortal coil?
The average liberal would say not the handgun, since in the movies, the bad guy always wrestles the gun away from its legal owner.
I just googled that video! Wow, I had not seen it.
***”This house has no guns in it.”? ***
Back in the anti-gun hysteria of 1968 many people were placing these signs in their windows.
THIS HOUSE IS NOT ARMED!
It didn’t last long.
” I lived on the north side of Milwaukee.”
I lived on the corner of Lafayette Pl. and Summit, right off Prospect, until ‘81. Nice neighborhood then. Probably still is. Barely North of downtown.
I always wondered about these “Buy Backs”.
How can you “buy back” something that was never yours to begin with?
Is this terminology intentionally designed to reassure people that “The govt. giveth, the govt. taketh away”?
His poor mother raised a pussy.
“Publsh”(in the local papers)All Their Addresses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who finances these gun buybacks?
The New Black Panthers?
Mara Salvatrucha?
Sons Of Barack?
Scared politicians?
It is no different than Michele Obama’s hash tag selfie. With liberals it is never a matter of actually addressing a problem, merely a matter of showing that they care.
The more of our money they tax and spend on utterly ineffectual programs the more they care.
We do of course. Your tax dollars at work.
That stuck out to me too. Woman own guns, theoretically male offspring scared of them. D'oh!
"Those people who are standing down there trying to buy these guns from those who are showing up today do not live in this community," said McVicker, one of the organizers of the event. "And so their lives and worlds aren't impacted by the violence and fear of the people who live here. So, in a way, their presence is unwelcome.
Well no kidding.
So why do you object to them being here? Gun is 'off the street' and now resides in a 'world unimpacted by violence'.
Every time RKBA people make the same claim that the pastor just did, it's regarded as a vile predjudiced comment.
Sell a firearm for a hundred bucks?
Sucker!
If you don’t want it, sell it to someone who does and get some real money.
