Every single death-penalty article refers to the recent Oklahoma execution as “botched”. Does that mean the execution failed? Is Clayton Lockett still alive?
He’s scared? Fine, beat the SOB with a hammer instead. In front of his children, if possible.
Once again Washington overrules the states. This has got to stop!
Any docs out there who could tell us - first put a sedative in his last meal, then local in the area of his chest, then a needle directly to his heart with the fatal drug. The thing is, there has to be one person willing to plunge that needle. Up to know the device is not seen nor the person pushing the plunger known in most executions.
Alito - Another “gift” from Bush that just keeps giving.
Firing squad would solve these problems nicely.
load him up with 200 mcg of fentanyl and 8 mg of versed prior to executing him. He won’t feel a thing.
WGAF?
Bucklew was shot and wounded during his arrest. I doubt that anything that happens tonight will be as painful as that.
What if Bucklew required surgery? I assume the same medical condition that his attorneys say could lead to pain and suffering during the execution might also result in pain and suffering during an IV. Does that mean the state couldn’t give him medical care? Cruel punishment and all?
From the article:
“Bucklew . . . killed Sanders in front of Pruitt and the four children. He handcuffed and beat Pruitt, drove her to a secluded area and raped her.
Later, after a state trooper spotted the car, Bucklew shot at the trooper but missed, authorities say. Bucklew was grazed in the head and hospitalized. He later escaped from jail, hid in the home of Pruitt’s mother and beat her with a hammer. She escaped, and Bucklew was arrested a short time later.”
How much pain did these people suffer?
What the Hell is the matter with Alito?
