What a clown! The Constitution was assembled after much debate and study. It couldn’t be better than it is. i agree about the black robes, dresses really. but i just don’t like the amendment itself. when you read it, it sounds like it is launching something. not really amending something within the Constitution. like what did it fix at the federal level.
