Obama is totally innocent and ignorant of all these scandals until they hit the news where he sees them on his twitter ('#obamaknowsnothing') , then he gets hopping mad about them.

His staff doesn't tell him anything.

The man is just over frustrated that all these messes were left at his doorstep to clean up, he's only been POTUS for 5+1/2 years. Oh when will it end?

He doesn't have time for this, he has important golf games and fundraisers to attend, not enough time left for making HIS BIG government work.

Obama knows a few tricks.

His favorite is to keep playing the candidate outsider who looks in and complains about how everything is screwed up and how it makes him mad, and if we just vote as he tells us to in the next election (every next election) then he will be able to fix things.

Yep, Obama the man who needs NO congress because he has a pen and a phone has no power over what his government does because he doesn't even know what they are doing, because he's an outsider just like we were. He finds out when we do. A man of the people.
