The VA system had a lot of help from outsourced medical services. Maybe now that its lameness has become so glaring, they won’t want to keep killing the golden goose.

I'll tell you what's not going to survive ObamaCare: the practitioners at the top of the medical profession.
In 15-20 years, the only doctors still practicing will be programming medical robots. And taking care of the poorest of the poor.
Just like machinists now program CNC machines.

I think it may be possible that the VA may be better than Obamacare malpractice.

Robomedicine would bring its own mixup woes.
Like they programmed the robot for an appendectomy when it was a gallstone removal the patient needed.

Headline is misleading
..a bit
sounds like MCClownell thinks Obama Care might be repealed, and yet the Kentucky Exchange remain behind as a state program. As long as it isn’t mandatory, a tax, etc, and only one state - I’m okay with that.

I’d love to see a few stories come out calling it “McConnellCare”. It would serve him right.

If he wants to bring Kentucky another Romneycare... fine. Let Kentucky deal with that. Don’t wish it on the other 49.

How to kill it without repeal would be far more important than how to keep it on life support after repeal (and even that only because they lack the balls, votes, and POTUS to manage a repeal).

The KY primary results were clearly the most promising for the DEMOCRATS so far this year. By contrast, the TX primary results though Cornball survived lent little encouragement to “the democracy”. NC was something of a mixed bag. MS may be the big upset next week.

McConnell considers the TEA party to be his enemies, and the Democrats to be his "colleagues." ^^THIS^^ and it couldn't be more clear. So does John Boehner, and too many other Repubs. Yep, that some team of patriots we have on "our side."

If health insurance is done by the states and isn’t mandatory, I could see having an exchange where residents could compare what policies are available. Call it something like “Kentucky StateChoice”.

The Democrat publicly admits the policies he’s going to try to enact. And he actually works to enact the stuff he espoused.

obamneycare makes you a debt slave for having committed the crime of being born, therefore the global fascist uniparty loves it. They are in thrall to the chamber of commies.

And, what if they even let you shop across state lines...for better deals/pricing?
Oh, wait. That’s what conservatives proposed as an alternative to 0CommieCare.
