Two Oklahoma death row inmates (whose crimes both involved the brutal rape and murder of children) sued the government in order to find out the source of the drugs used in the lethal injection that they would receive. After the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals gave the go-ahead for the executions, the states Supreme Court granted an indefinite appeal to the inmates. However, an Oklahoma House member drafted a resolution to impeach the justices who granted the stay, precipitating a 180 degree turnaround by the OK Supreme Court.
From The Guardian: The Oklahoma supreme court has dissolved its stay of the executions of two men who challenged the states secrecy about its source of lethal injection drugs. The court reversed the decision of a district court judge who said the law that keeps the source secret is unconstitutional.
I don't why it's so hard.....
Anarchy? Really? From an elected member of the Oklahoma House?
Since when is a co-equal branch of a government exercising its oversight power considered to be "anarchy?"

you do not impeach judges for rulings you do not like..
you impeach them for UNCONSTITUTIONAL rulings...
ginberg said she looks to foreign law for her rulings..
SHE should be impeached, along with a whole host of federal level judges..
but, the house will not even bring them up on charges..
because of thinking, just like...YOURS...
180 because the threat of losing that paycheck! Further evidence of BS walks and Money talks!
Should have never been an issue! A strong Rope needs no chemical analysis.
Judges often have No accountability.
Worthless political hacks get put in these positions then have various cases steered to them where they give horse crap legal positions which are most often overturned but still take forever to complete. By which time judge worthless is retired.
Hang em instead.
Sorry,just kidding.
Do you smell something burning?
...And a ruling you dont like is NOT a reason to impeach a judge. ...

Agree with that. However, the OK Supremes ruled it unconstitutional NOT to disclose the source of the drugs used in executions. ......Nothing about that involved the State constitution.
