It’s getting easier to understand why Obama thought this deserter was worth five Taliban commanders. If Bergdahl was a true, blue, American patriot, Obama wouldn’t have lifted a finger to rescue him.
Its like we rescued John Kerry.
The whole thing is still NOT CONFIRMED.
Here is how FOX NEWS REPORTS IT:
Sources who had debriefed two former members of Bergdahl’s unit told Fox News Bergdahl left behind a note the night he left base in which he expressed disillusionment with the Army and being an American and suggested that he wanted to renounce his American citizenship and go find the Taliban.
U.S. military officials would not confirm the existence of the letter, but if it does exist, it would likely be part of the original file on the investigation into Bergdahl’s disappearance.

OK, let me “un-kill” you :)
If ( and a big if because the alleged letter he wrote has not been produced ) he really said he wanted to renounce his US citizenship, that tells us that he hates this country. PERIOD.
That is a MORAL issue. I will concede that MORALLY, we know the man is not an American at heart.
But LEGALLY, he still is an American. Otherwise, why are we treating him like one?
This is to explosive for them to put it on without not getting it confirmed.
They will try this scenario:
White House Spokesliar:
Bergdahl was an undercover spy, so that we could get extremely good intel from his captors.
He pretended to desert and join the Taliban, but we knew all the time where he was and who he was with.
He had a GPS microchip implanted in his but that tracked his location 24/7.
We could listen in on their conversations as well.
Bergdahl is a hero. Period. Get over it.................
