Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio savaged President Obama for his failure to notify Congress about the release of five Taliban prisoners from Guantanamo Bay as the law requires, claiming the president “believes somehow he’s become a monarch or an emperor.”
Rubio spoke Tuesday with Fox News’ host Gretchen Carlson about the White House’s refusal to tell Congress before they traded five high-level Taliban prisoners for Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, captured by the Taliban after his likely desertion in 2009.
“The president has violated the law here,” the Florida senator asserted. “The law is very clear. He must give congressional notification 30 days before any prisoner in Guantanamo is released. He failed to do that.”
Can you provide evidence that he hasn’t, Marco?

What will Rubia say after he cuts an amnesty deal with the Emperor? When we get the amnesty, and no border security Rubia will say, “He said we’d have border security. The Emperor Monarch said we would.”

YOU FOLKS HAD BETTER WAKE UP. Hitler convinced a Versailles Treaty abused and beaten down German people to “elect” over 100 of his supporters in the Reischstag in 1933. They then quickly voted Hitler Chancellor and within WEEKS moved to LEGALIZE every one of his formerly ILLEGAL actions. If you DO NOT think that can happen here, you just haven’t been paying attention to what’s been going on in Washington and our alleged “congress” — or, more accurately, what HAS NOT been going on there. Can you say “IMPEACHMENT”?
And for any seeing this who are not sensitive to the proper care and feeding of our animals who reply that all these critters were destined to wind up on a dinner plate, terrifying them with low flying helicopters to shoot and often wound them is NOT humane treatment.
