Hahaha...I will say, before I even clicked on the link to enter the thread, the first thing that popped into my mind on reading the title was “Blessed are the Cheesemakers!”
Say Cheese Please!
doesn’t the FDA know that we are all walking bacterial factories?
cheese is no different, to mature, we must rot.. for awhile..
some on boards.. some like these dohs .. on gubamint panels.. some on talk shows..
amazing.. how we ever survived before such geniuses came on the scene..
The end of the article has been editred to say that Obama denies having enacted the ban, despite proof that he did in fact enact it.
So after a thousand years of cheese makinf the FDA knows best. Wis needs to tell them to stick it.
“My sister makes homemade cheese so I think I need to learn how. Since Im newly retired and have a farm, I think my garden is going to get bigger.”
Going to put in a couple acres of cheese?
(Sorry, I couldn’t resist!)
All Federal Agencies need to be stripped of any powers which are not specifically granted by our Constitution. They should not in any shape or form be allowed to make laws. Every federal agency seems to have some folk running them who get power drunk. FDA, EPA, Dept of Education, and many more are long overdue for being drastically reduced in powers, jurisdictions, and their task.
LOL, sometimes my brain gets ahead of my fingers. That did sound sort of funny!
No kidding. Wait till they discover there is an explicit exception in their biotoxin regulations to allow my precious gorgonzola to be made and eaten.........
Mold discovered in cheese by FDA..... oy
Who cut the cheese? The FDA.
You can damn well bet they have one.
Wait until these guys figure out what yeast is. They’ll have us eating only crackers.
Thanks for the ping.
They probably will ban imports or tax them so heavily only Warrens cab afford them.
You grow your own food and tobacco AND make cheese, sausage and beer? I am so impressed!
LOL, I’m going to look for T-bone steak and lamb chop seeds.
Next they’ll outlaw aging wine in oak barrels....
