Twelve hours after House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s stunning primary defeat the leadership scramble is already shifting into high gear.

House Rules Committee Chairman Pete Sessions is making an aggressive play for the No. 2 spot. The Texas Republican has been calling and emailing lawmakers seeking support for a potential bid to replace Cantor, according to several sources.

House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, the chamber’s No. 3 Republican, has also been speaking with a lot of members. But McCarthy will not engage in a formal campaign until Cantor makes a decision about whether he will stay in leadership for the duration of his term.

The GOP-E has had control of the Nation’s purse strings for over 4 years.

Boehner has been in control as Speaker of the House for over 4 years.

Obama has thus been at the mercy of Boehner and the GOP-E for over 4 years.

Obama thus could not have been as successful as he has been without the full cooperation of the GOP-E and ESPECIALLY Speaker Boehner, Leader Cantor, Whip McCarthy, Economist Ryan, Chairman Mike Rogers, Chairman Issa and loose cannon Peter King of NY.

As long as the Member Republicans in the US House choose to keep in place the above Leadership team, Obama will be able to continue his personal race to the bottom.

Obama, Reid, Holder and Pelosi are just doing what they have been raised up to do: Destroy America, ASAP. They are Public Enemy Number One.

Those who refuse to oppose the destruction of our Republic are Public Enemy Number Two.

BTW, when have “ - - conservatives - - - ,” Boehner, Cantor, or Ryan EVER “Conserved” anything when doing battle with Obama, Reid, Holder or Pelosi?

____________________

The only thing that matters in politics is to stay on offense.

The GOP-E has perfected the art of always staying on defense.

Thus, the GOP-E will continue to lose elections by wide margins.

R Sc Rep. Trey Gowdy is an exception to the shunning of Offense by the GOP-E.

Gowdy has the required fire-in-the-belly to attack, Attack, ATTACK!

I stand with Gowdy, Lee and Cruz, who so far have told the truth, and then refused to apologize for telling the TRUTH.

The Republican Party has come a long ways since 2012.

In 2012, then GOP-E candidate Romneycare Romney published a book entitled “No Apologies.”

Also in 2012 Romneycare Romney told the truth about the 47 % who pay no personal FI Taxes, and thus would not vote for him.

Two weeks later, Romney apologized, saying “I was completely wrong.”

The GOP-E lost the support of Conservatives when GHW Bush lied to us about “Read my lips, NO NEW TAXES!”

The GOP-E lost the support of the “Hold-your-nose-when-you-vote” segment in 2008 by voting for McCain.

The GOP-E revealed itself to be a dedicated loser when they chose to run Romneycare Romney against Obamacare Obama.

Now we have “Scandal Coverup Artist” Sobber Boehner caving in to Obama, Reid, Holder and Pelosi on a weekly basis.

We need to march into the US House of Representatives and “escort” out the above mentioned “Leaders” for a TEA Party “reception” on the Lawn of the US House.

I have the tar, y’all bring the feathers!

Well, Cantor is still a congressman until the next congress starts, on January 3, 2015.

In fact, I’ve heard, even before his election defeat, that amnesty could happen in the lame duck session of Congress later this year. Stay tuned. Cantor and other lame ducks will have nothing to lose if they decide to push amnesty.

My fear is that now people like Cantor will give it everything they have as a final FU to the conservatives that have spoken, called and emailed about not passing amnesty.

Let them. Best face the reality than live in fear of what might happen.

McCarthy is no better than Cantor, worse maybe. Everyone in leadership is on board with amnesty. Who knows what the heck they’re going to do?

“So is Cantor out interviewing on K Street today?”

No doubt. He’s going to make 10 times his current salary without even having to uproot his family. Hell, Boehner might let him keep his old office.

Forget Cantor being asked to step down....Boehner, demote the “turncoat” Cantor immediately!!! American jobs for American workers...not Obama amnesty, illegals!!! No citizenship, no voting rights...ever, for Obama illegals!!!

Spot on analysis except for this

The GOP-E has perfected the art of always staying on defense.

The GOP-E has perfected the art of being on the offensive against conservatives and TEA Party types. They have also perfected the art of APPEARING to be opposed to their Democrat pals.
