Quite possible, or the unready to be ethnically cleansed have captured even more EUkrainian vehicles. The Nazis found their Ukrainian clients to be a waste of kit in any real fighting. Not much has changed for their EUrocrat successors it would appear.
They could just as easily have been put on a barge and floated there. Remember, this is already a smuggler’s haven area. I prefer to not jump to conclusions, especially given the veracity of so many Kiev claims.
Unless you really do think the airstrike in central Donetsk was just an Air Conditioner that blew up.

It's a "smuggler's haven area" because the Russians are sending the smugglers. As for this "barge" nonsense, how does one sail a barge with tanks on it from Crimea, which has a Red Naval base, and land it anywhere else but Russian territory and then drive it into Ukraine? Maybe it was a rocket ship that landed in the UK and then was shipped via airline?
What a sense of timing the commander there has.

That would mean that 3 tanks landed in Ukrainian controlled territory on a "barge", past Ukrainian military positions, civilians with hand held cell phones, even past Donetsk, and into Slovyansk, traveling half the length of Ukraine, without anybody noticing, with the Ukrainians and everybody lying about them crossing the Russian border and traveling 40KM instead.
