Why can't Governor Brewer simply refuse to let the buses and those on foot cross the border at all international and state borders?
This is exactly the kind of thing that needs to happen on the state level. But it appears that it never will.

Not sure how to Sheriff Joe is going to handle it other than your idea - sheriffs standing off against ICE/DHA, and escorting the busses back to the county line, as each sheriff does the same all the 1200 miles back to Texas. Sorry, Texas. Arpaio has proved himself not a man to fool with and Zero may learn quickly when his busses are turned around that the American his momma taught him to hate won’t put up with the immature shenannagans that have become the watermark of this administration.

My understanding is that Rick Perry has repeatedly put the Texas Rangers on the Texas border to try to stop the flow even to the point of several altercations between the rangers and the border patrol who won’t do their job.
Texas has a true state guard. Arizona does not.

This is how I imagine her. Photos of the grandkids on a fake paneled wall in a den with patched barcaloungers, and travel trailer in the side yard with a bumper sticker that says, “kiss my grits” and another that says, “Look for the union label.”
I would Imagine Obama would direct Holder to come down hard on AZ.. If Obama wants to be fair about this— drop off the many at the white house and let it become their problem to resolve. Instead Obama lets all of this become other states problems and makes Az figure what they must do...and do not look to white house for help..Obama is to busy with new scandals week after week..
