Attorney General Eric Holder’s Justice Department gave bad advice to President Obama and the Pentagon in the controversial Bergdahl prisoner trade that the president could ignore federal law requiring prior notification to Congress. This is just the latest example of how Holder helps the administration ignore the rule of law and crafts his “legal” opinions based on the desired political outcome, not the actual state of the law.
Under Eric Holder, the Justice Department has stood the old Ronald Reagan maxim “trust but verify” on its head and adopted a “trust and we won’t let you verify” approach to its activities.
Even Jill Abramson, the former executive editor of the New York Times, has said that “the Obama administration has moved beyond protecting government secrets to threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news.”

As witnessed by the destruction of Lois Lerner’s incriminating emails, this administration is far more corrupt than Nixon’s was. Obama and Holder can break the law with no repercussions in the Democrat-run media, so they do what they want by executive order. Who is to stop them? Certainly not the Congress or courts.

We may as well disband congress. That branch of government is totally useless.

It is an article of faith in those minority communities that all US laws, our rules and regs, our traditions, morals and mores were fashioned by evil, white men specifically to subjugate minorities and deprive them of the same opportunities white Americans were given.
When Oprah shocked us----saying white people must die to eradicate inequality, she underlines that belief. Caribbean singer Harry Belafonte also urged Obama to kill white people.
Somewhere in this great country of ours is a prison cell waiting for Eric Holder.
He can share a cell with Obama.

Eric Holder’s Radical Past Involved ‘Armed’ Takeover of ROTC Building

Attorney General Eric Holder has always been known as an incompetent liberal ideologue that’s pushing a radical agenda at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Most of his pursuits at the DOJ have been of an activist nature, such as not charging the New Black Panther Party with voter intimidation and suing states that try to limit voter fraud. New evidence has been discovered that reveals Holder participated in an ‘armed’ takeover of a former Columbia University ROTC office.
Eric Holder is a radical. He and his former law firm has defended terrorists; his primary objective is to be a liberal activist, while punishing those who are against him. The DOJ has been polluted under his tenure. But it doesn’t stop there.
The Daily Caller dug up some frightening information about Holder’s past as a black radical in college. It’s clear that he had a similar experience to Barack Obama, growing up with disdain for America.
As a freshman at Columbia University in 1970, future Attorney General Eric Holder participated in a five-day occupation of an abandoned Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) headquarters with a group of black students later described by the university’s Black Students’ Organization as “armed,” The Daily Caller has learned.
