Let's freshen CNN's shtick by electing a conservative in 2016.

Uh - but I just saw tape of Obama claiming we were leaving Iraq stable, peaceful, and thriving - somebody’s rewriting history.....

You have to be paid by the Democrats to come up with this kind of stuff for CNN.

Damn that George Bush!, weather machine, earthquake machine, global warming machine and now we find out that he has still been giving the military orders and conducting foreign policy even though he has been out of office for over five years! Bush makes S.P.E.C.T.R.E look like a charity group.

Was it Bush who abandoned Maliki?
I seem to remember, when we withdrew, assuring Iraq that we’d be right next door if they needed us.
Obama withdrew support for the Iraqis and now they have an army of jihadists coming right at them. And if they need military support they will probably have to get it from Iran.
My view is that the burden of proof is on Obama, State, and the Turks to demonstrate that they are not the authors of the ISIS invasion.

Um for the Nth time, Iraq was invaded by Bush SENIOR in 1991, as a UN sanctioned response to the invasion of Kuwait.
Just explain this to a lib and watch their heads explode.

As for Saddam, one important item that didn’t circle long before disappearing down the memory hole:
Zawahiri and his gang (Egyptian Islamic Jihad) were on Saddam’s payroll when they recruited Bin Ladin, and formed his inner circle.
So Saddam’s link to Bin Ladin has always hidden right out in plain sight. Its just that our journolists and politicians have always been too polite to mention it.
