Having the “votes” does not mean “using the votes”. There will be no impeachment unless the entire senate is taken over. Congress will sit on their hands till hell freezes over as odumbo continues to plunder and destroy this country.
There has to be a way to stop any/all funding for anything odumbo decides to “spend or send”. Cut off all purse strings to him and freeze him COLD!

Yes, if the Senate won’t try him it’s pointless. Now if we get a new Senate with enough Republicans to vote yes on action, then maybe they will have something. If O Drama hasn’t totally ruined the country by them.

And I would add to that list the examples supporting each point.
“Pointless” is allowing a lawless politician to do what ever he wants to do, which is the current situation between Obama and the top Constitutional Cop Boehner.
No arrest/impeachment means a pointless tolerance on our part for allowing Boehner to avoid doing his job as Constitutional Top Cop.
Obama will always break as many laws as Boehner will allow him to break.
In order to stop Obama from breaking Constitutional Laws, the Speaker of the House must be strong enough to Impeach Obama.
Crybaby Boehner is to weak to stop Obama.
Therefore in order to stop Obama, Speaker Boehner must be deposed by the Members of the House.
Without our pressure on our House Members to depose Boehner the pointless status quo will continue to destroy our Republic.
Replacing Boehner is the first step away from pointlessness.
I believe a Republican majority in Senate, and I’m an independent myself, will cause the House to Impeach when the Senate has votes to take care of Impeachment. The Democrat Senate take action that would prevent a good outcome later.

Big Spending Lou Barletta will never lose a GOP primary because of his immediate opposition to gun control and amnesty.
The same with Lamar Smith or Joe Wilson. If someone is to lose a primary it will be Mick Menendez(R-SC).
