HOUSTON, Texas—Militia groups in Texas and across the nation are responding to the Texas Border Surge announced Wednesday night by the offices of the Governor, Lt. Governor and Texas House Speaker. An announcement was made on several new media outlets including Facebook.
The alert to the civilian militia groups, which includes many groups who showed up at the Clive Bundy ranch in Nevada, calls on all able bodied militia members to converge on the Laredo sector of the Texas/Mexico border. A man who identified himself on a national conference call as “Ruthless” said their objective it to “put up a man-fence” to prevent the illegal aliens from crossing the border in their area of control.
Following is the text of the actual alert which was published on FreeRepublic.com and several other locations:

They will use air support. I imagine Apache heli’s is what they’d prefer to use.

Before you jump into something like this you have to figure out what your intended oucome is. Border security has always been one of the pawns on the feds chessboard but that’s all it ever was. The problem cannot be solved until we return to rule of law and return to ONLY US citizens can get jobs, go to hospitals, get driver licenses, vote or be in the US. Border security is meaningless, this push is meaningless and counterproductive, even if it is done by well meaning people.
We shall see.
I wonder how many Apache pilots would refuse to fire on fellow Americans.
