Arizona's Superintendent of Public Instruction John Huppenthal this week admitted he was the author of a series of pseudonymous blog posts describing people who receive welfare as "lazy pigs." He also compared Planned Parenthood to Nazis, and said the organization is responsible for most abortions among Black people in America.

What is “racist” about these comments?
They are somewhat extreme, but a ref mild compared to many postings on websites. They don’t attack any particular race.
That's rude, but it's hardly racist.

That's a fact statement which may or may not be accurate, but it's also not racist. It's possible that all the other abortion facilities combined kill more unborn black babies than Planned Parenthood does. I don't know.
I looked at the 100 or so words that he “anonymously” blogged and I’ll be damned if I can spot anything in them that has to do with race. There was nothing I could see that makes this hysterical indictment
I live in a county that is 96% white, 1% black and 2-3% other. The overwhelming majority of the lazy pigs on welfare here are white. I would hazard to guess that the 1% of blacks here don’t even make up their quota of the entitlement pie.
Finally, I would like to know how his anonymous postings actually got provably linked back to him.
He criticized 0bama. i.e. Must be a racist.
Oh my God. Read the comments page... wow some of these comments would make the morons on DU blush.
At least it would be race-specific. It’s actually “racist” for a reader of his comments to assume that criticism of welfare recipients is aimed at black people.
How did this become public? By whom? And why?
Okay. I agree with everything he posted because it’s true. Now, where are the “rasis rants”? I’d like to scrutinize them.
The thing is I know what the accuser thinks is racist... the comment about welfare.....because leftist think welfare is code for minority.
I read the comments..some seem to be hung up on the Darwin comment...
