GOPe cheated and got a guy in who apparently no longer knows what’s going on. Unbelievable.

Why don’t they want young blood in the GOP - gotta be the corruption.

The GOPe obviously has no problem with that either.

Cochran is a traitor. He should not be awarded with any TEA PARTY votes in November. Let him beg the black voters who took him over the top to vote for him in November.

I despise everything about that man. He is a disgrace to the human race.

Best thing to do is have all Pubbies and conservatives vote for the Dem in November.

I’m wondering how long tea party voters will put up with this before looking for a vehicle other than the GOP.

The GOPe is as much an enemy of the American people as the Democrats.

Here’s what that statute says:

Yep,,I will not be part of Rove or Barbour’s call for unity...sorry...when Reid is still the Senate leader,,and Mitch is bitchin....I’ll deflect it all toward Karl Rove and Haley Barbour.....They obviously do not seem to have a problem with it.

if he goes that route, he’d better phone Joe Miller in AK for advice and hope he gets a honest judge.

i think he ought to focus on a write-in campaign as a “service” to the conservatives and republicans in ms who were disenfranchised tonight.

The GOP mirrored the Dems Robert Byrd experience and intend to wheel an obvious Alzheimer patient into DC as needed to vote ‘correctly’

That is as evil as evil gets.

I honestly don’t see any ‘win’ here in a legal challenge.

He’s young. Everyone in the damn state knows it was a stolen election by Thud.

He should concede, regroup, go at it again.

Conservatives need to go for closed primaries and control the state party apparatus. That’s where the wars are won or lost - as we’ve seen.

There’s no end to the dirty tricks the RINOs will play.

Doubt a challenge will succeed. But go for it anyway.

Best bet is for McDaniel to put his name and organization into electing every candidate from dog catcher to governor as a conservative.

He has the heart of conservative Mississipians.

Lost the battle, won the war.

Keep on keeping on, Chris.

“But go for it anyway.”

Each and every time. Every state, every election. Make them spend, fight and slip up POing more of their ‘base’.

That’s not enforceable. It’s looks nice on paper, but it is an illusory statute.

Nobody knows who you vote for because the ballots are supposed to be secret.

That doesn’t mean that Cochran and company are not guilty of a criminal conspiracy to steal this election. It is plain as the nose on your face. There is no doubt that they solicited illegal votes in violation of the letter of the law.

But since there is no way to prove it, he will skate just like Obama.

Our only recourse is to run a third party write in candidate or just let the dems have the seat. I wouldn’t vote for Cochran for horse crap parade sweeper.

As far as I’m concerned if there is an “r” after your name and you put up with the kind of crap that just happened in Mississippi, then you’re part of the problem and not part of the solution.

I will never vote for another republican. Of course, I’ve been saying that for a long time but still....McDaniel should run as an independent. If not, then he should suggest his voters vote for the democrat. It’s time to put a stop to the gopE any way we can.

if he has an iron-clad option in ms election law, he should challenge. but if it’s going to take a long drawn out fight in the courts, i agree with you.

Joe Miller had to win case after case in alaska to keep his challenge going against the “independent” (that is GOPe crook) murkowski. eventually, the corrupt legal system just shut him down.

that doesn’t, however, keep him from taking a page from the GOPe book and running as a write-in. if he wins, he becomes the *first* independent conservative senator for us conservatives. if not, he may keep cochran from cashing in on his ill gotten senate seat for the GOPe.
