Chris McDaniel to Challenge Election Results
Breitbart ^ | June 24, 2014 | Matthew Boyle

snip

There were 24,889 votes cast in Hinds County in the runoff—17,927 were for Cochran and 6,962 were for McDaniel—but only 20,567 Republican voters are listed in Hinds County, according to the well-known Labels and Lists Voter Data Base. The extraordinarily high turnout in Hinds County is much more than what happened in Hinds County in the primary just a few weeks ago, when 16,640 total votes were cast—10,928 for Cochran and 5,621 for McDaniel.

When asked if that seems a bit off, Cole responded: “Right.”

“I noticed in his speech, McDaniel said ‘dozens of irregularities,’” Cole said. “So I suspect he’ll look into some of the bigger counties like Hinds, Madison, maybe Bolivar up in the north delta—they had a big turnout. Forrest is always a place—that’s where the contested mayor’s race was last year. They went to court and it had to be done over because of irregularities. So, Forrest could be a place to look—but I don’t know where all these irregularities could be.”

Thad called upon his Democrat friends to vote for him.

If they also voted in the Democrat primary, their votes will be thrown out!

Its a bizarre and foolish law that invites crossovers to disrupt races.

If I understand correctly democrats can vote in the GOP runoff if they didn’t vote in the democrat primary.

“In an interview by phone with Breitbart News late Tuesday evening after the McDaniel headquarters cleared out, state Democratic Party chairman Rickey Cole said McDaniel should challenge the election results. “Clearly there was some sloppiness to say the least, and probably some failures to comply with the law,” Cole told Breitbart News.”

Cole (Dem state chairman) said the most likely error in favor of Cochran could be where Democrats who voted in the June 3 Democratic primary were allowed to vote in the GOP primary runoff on Tuesday. “That’d be the very first thing I’d look for,” Cole said

Wow , there's hope.

Sound advise from the head of the Democratic Party? Just saw a flying pig outside my bedroom window.

If Conservatives in Mississippi have any convictions, let there be a Democrat elected in November. Better a liberal than a senile old POS.

That’s just damned insane.

Good.

Cochran/GOPE cannot be handed this seat without a fight.

Cochran asked for and got help from Dems. Cochran cheated too [see the irregularities.] They don’t follow laws... and I assert that we should expect that and fight back - good job McDaniel!

This HAS to be made very painful to the GOPE. Very painful. Vote for the Dem in the general. But Cochran must not survive.

This is war and we’d better start fighting it - we’ve just been living it and getting thrashed. Time to fight it.

This MS election shows how it’s a war between the gov’t [lib dems plus GOPE] vs America.

The root of the problem is open primaries (no registration by party.)

I have heard people in Tennessee say, “I am a registered Republican (or Democrat.)” This is untrue in an open state.

I thought McDaniel had a comfortable margin in the pre-election polling?

What happened?

Meanwhile, I hope that Cochroach loses in the general election. I’d rather have a filthy DemonRAT than a backstabbing, filthy thug like Cochroach.

This is the new norm in Obamaland. He might want to see how many of the voters were dead or live in other counties...

The ruling coalition is united around several things that the people are against. They are skilled at setting up phony issues (or issues that don’t concern the Federal government) to break up the formation of any possible other coalition.

Republicans and Democrats agree that the purpose of the State is redistribution. How much, and to whom, and under what circumstances, there are disagreements. But no elected officials of either Party believe that it is wrong to take from you and give to another of their own choosing, for reasons that make sense to them.

Republicans and Democrats agree that you have “rights” - lots of them. They also agree that any question ABOUT your “rights”, or whether or not something IS a “right”, should not be decided by a political process because that is “divisive”. So, they both agree that the voice of “the People” as contemplated in Articles IX and X can only be voiced by nine unelected life tenure judges, and that five of them, at any time or for any reason, can give new “rights” and take away old ones, particularly if those old ones arise out of majority voting.

Republicans and Democrats all believe in “diversity”. They, ignoring completely the results of all social science research on this subject, and contrary to millennia of human experience and wisdom, believe that the more “diverse” our country, its institutions, and any private entities within her become, the more cohesive and productive we will become.

Republicans and Democrats almost all believe in “free trade” and “immigration”. These things are good for various constituencies of both parties while they wreck the economy and the nation.

Many of the People, perhaps a majority, do not believe in any of these things. But in our existing system, captive as it is to the MSM-mandated “process” for choosing two candidates for POTUS neither of whom will change a thing, leaves the People with no voice.

Something’s gonna blow.

I haven’t rad too much about it recently, but there was a time that Cochran was known for his allegiance to the trial lawyers. I guess there are a whole lot of rats in his camp.

Doesn’t matter. Tie Rove, Chamber of Amnesty, Barbour, McConnell and the NRSC to vote fixing, handing out walking round money to Democrats to vote, handing out smear fliers etc that image will stick even with the L.I.V. for Decades.
