Most Obamacare customers are receiving some level of taxpayer subsidies to take the edge off high premium rates, but the plans that determine the amount of subsidies available will be changing significantly, according to Avalere.

Oh, I’m sure it was somewhere in the, what, 20,000 pages that no one read before they voted on it?

So We may not only lose our insurance, we will be in debt to the government as well

Sounds like a revival of the "company store" to keep the peasants under control.

It keeps getting worse.

“Sounds like a revival of the “company store” to keep the peasants under control.”

True; I’ve hiked in areas along the NY/NJ border where little iron mining villages used to exist. As the mines started closing, workers fled with their families with the clothes on their backs. No assets at all; they had been fed enough to keep them working, and slowly sunk into debt to the company.

The Dems told us Republicans would return us to that state, then proceeded to try it themselves. While there may be a growing gap between the 1% and the rest of us, the gap between the middle and lower class is disappearing. The future is equally bleak for both...

They have since fallen behind in giving us our stipend because of business falling off.

Sounds like a real mess. Did you contact the exchange? That is the first thing you are suppose to do when your income changes.

Just when you think it can’t get more evil. There’s a lotta fine print in those thousands of pages.

I understand it only if subsidies had been paid out already for future months (for after the policy was cancelled). Then whoever received the subsidies should pay them back, of course.

A wise person will learn first aid, natural cures for diseases and symptoms, eat well, stay healthy and not plan that they'll be able to get medical care when they need it. It's impossible to get consistant medical care from someone who knows your medical history in these conditions.

My neighbor's foot hurt very badly. She had to see her primary care physician (two weeks) and then get permission to see a podiatrist (three weeks). She had a broken foot!

The good news is it was almost healed before she found out that it was broken!

I know I'm done for, but maybe somebody can get through to a better day.

But leavin' nobody to sing my sad song... (Where's Bob Dylan when you need him?)
