School administrators don’t have to follow the law.

They have their own law ... called the Ed Code.

They “own” your kid, they “mitigate”, they have “zero tolerance” ...

They have, in their wisdom, finally created a Utopia. The school system is perfect. If only the rest of us could follow their example.

There’s nothing in the article to indicate that either child had any concept of sex. One simply knows that making another pull his pants down in public is embarrassing.

I think the country has gone too far in this direction for it to be reversed, and I also think people are getting what they deserve. But, as this story illustrates, the ones who are getting it the worst are not necessarily the ones who are most deserving—and that pattern is likely to intensify before it’s over.

Being forced to sign. That is fascism. The child was entitled to have a lawyer present. Public schools are showing us what life will be like under a “liberal” government.

When I was in third grade, as we sat down at the beginning of class one day, the kid behind me held his sharp pencil straight up on my chair which obviously hurt when I sat down on it. I yelled jumped up, turned around and popped him right in the face. I had to go sit in the principal’s office for the rest of that day...no big deal!

Yeah, but you should really ask a five year old lawyer.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the “other” articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

None legally except the school will keel it on record. Hell be labeled in the school system. If his parents don’t handle it properly it will scar him for life.

The school just bullied the child. The parents need to kick some ass.

Insanity. Obviously the confession isn’t worth the paper it is written on. The parents need to sue and sue now.

bump

They have already been sexualized by schools and media in some places. You hear the horror stories occasionally of kids messing around in the classroom and whatnot.

I still don’t get the source: “Progressives Today”?? And I couldn’t figure out their take on it, after all, isn’t it Progressives who’ve brought in all the ridiculous extremes that would cause this to happen in the first place?

Don’t insult Morons by comparing them to school officials. :-)
