Don't worry - I'm in need of no assistance, though wetphoenix has the right of it.

The adcriministration is sticking the tens of thousands of future gangbangers right in our face, and laughing about it.

And tumblin is all worried about his/her libertarian enemas...

“I’m against all illegals also.”
Ok. He was illegal. Now he’s gone.
We can move on now.

Everything else in your posts is hyperbolic, pure BS, libertarian rationalization.

I’m far less a statist than you.

Welcome to FR.

I take it you're OK with the selective "law enfarcement" practiced by our Royal masters in Thievington, DC...

I'm fascinated. You're apparently OK with paying a salary to the Inspector Javert who efficiently put the arm on this guy, but who can't seem to find an illegal child in sight anywhere, while stumbling and tripping over TENS OF THOUSANDS of them.

To paraphrase Trotsky: "You may not be interested in their selective enforcement of the law, but their selective enforcement of the law is interested in YOU."

There you go with the negative hyperbolic waves again.
You seem really exercised over this illegal alien getting caught and booted.
He had, gee—how long to exhaust his legal appeals? Years? And he had, three lawyers?
He got due process, substantive and procedural. That’s the law, like it or not.
These central American kids, possibly lured by Obama & Co., got here, what—last week? I
So if we haven’t deported all of them, we shouldn’t deport this sad sack? Your eloquence escapes me, your logic ties me up and rrrrapes me. And you’re “fascinated” and citing Trotsky. “Peasants” and all that stuff. Heh.

You’re a real trip kiryandil. Are you a chick?

Kyriandil is right on.
It is not that I’m a supporter for a guy, but why him? Why not the others in the first place, who has no jobs and aren’t taxpayers?

The seems to be an issue of prioritizing who gets deported first. Should gang-bangers be last on the deportation list?

LOL! You're a real Oddball, tumblin.

I'm a Declarationist, not a libertarian. You should try it sometime.

Declarationists get their backs up when their Lordships start selectively enfarcing the law, and they don't get caught up in the rote bleatings of "That’s the law, like it or not".

Billy Clinton perjured himself in front of God and everybody. Refresh my memory - did he go to prisum, because "That’s the law, like it or not"? Not in a tyranny, he didn't...

You’re a real trip kiryandil. Are you a chick?

Nyet. But I'm guessing YOUR personal attributes favor the Gheyboy-In-Chief. LOL! :)

No, it's an issue of actually enforcing the law.

Which they ain't. So, in a Declarationist's mind, it's tyranny, plain and simple.

Hey - "Man's Country" started in with me, first. I was playing like a good little Declarationist when I was accused of the heinous crime of Libertarianism On The High Seas.

Really? Seems like the spat concerns gang-bangers, Zunaid, and the preference of one over the other — a contrast indicated by the noob @ post #5.

Exactly!

He broke more than one of our laws as an illegal including DUI so she can go home with him. No tears from me, he could have killed someone and he had no license, no insurance and drunk.

One of these is a “Kansas woman”?

We’re screwed...

“Zunaid dropped out school and started working at Best Buy”

How does someone on a student visa do that? Here in NJ many Indian students work at Quik-E-Marts and such, but they are individually-owned businesses (always owned by “an uncle”). How does a chain like Best Buy hire an illegal?

started working at Best Buy, where he eventually earned a salary of nearly $60,000 a year.

Best Buy was negligent in not requiring him to provide his active visa status.

Back around 2005 we had a British national working as a contractor at one of our facilities in Missouri. He called our corporate HR dept. in early May complaining he had just been terminated because his Visa had just expired thru no fault of his own. He had been trying to renew it but it was being delayed somewhere.

We said sorry to hear that, once you get your visa renewed, contact the plant and they will rehire you if the opening still exists......

That's the way it SHOULD be done......
