All trimmed...do you feel better?

It is 79 at my desk....gotta turn my fan on.

Any closer to a new assistant?

Monday and Tuesday were awful because we had to do 3 days in 2, but today was very ;productive for me.

We had to do checks on Tuesday because of the holiday.

2012 Subaru Outback.....not exactly what I was looking for, but I think God sent us the right car for my Mom at just the right time. The wheelchair fits like a glove in the back, and is easier for me to get in and out.

The look on her face when she can get in all by herself is priceless.

I went to a used car sale on a Sunday, drove 2 cars home that my Mom couldn't get in (there could be NO stepping...just backing up to the seat, sitting, and swinging in). Got a call that someone had traded this car, went and drove it home Monday night and signed the papers. Picked it up in time for her Friday appointment. A lot newer and more expensive than was my plan, but I think we had some divine intervention.

Just like this...

Only 1 day left....and I will be off. Hurrah!!

My main job will be to get my Mom hooked up with a new printer.

She left a post it pad on the paper tray and it got sucked part way in. It’s never been the same since. Tonight she wanted a lesson on printing from email. The first thing I see is more stuff on the paper tray. She said, “It’s only my glasses”. Wrong...glasses and 3 paper clips. *sigh*

So, a new printer and NOTHING, NOT EVER on the paper tray.

Good evening, Connie, and thank you for the tributes to our troops. *HUGS*

How have your commutes been lately with everything so hot?

Critters stay some place cooler?

I wish the clouds rolling in would bring rain. Got the temp here at my computer down to 70.

The first thing she said was we won’t ever have to buy another one for her. LOL!

I had done no research on Subaru’s, but everyone says they are really reliable and last forever.
