Next up. No traces of meat or fructose corn system in your diet and a requirement of 12 % or less body fat to qualify for Obamacare which won’t be tht difficult at the rate they are raising the price of groceries.
Will anyone discriminate on the basis of employees indulging in promiscuous homosexual sex? That is a major driver of bad health for people. There are other areas too, which if we are to be intellectually honest, need to be looked at, if the goal is optimal health for employees.
Soon enough it will be all the overweights that require a weight test before they are hired.

Well just switch to marijuana then one can get high and relax. I don’t see it singled out.
I can think of a 100 things worse for your health than smoking, yet they don’t scan for that do they? #1 I would think would be “Voting for a foreign born communist Muslim hellbent on destroying the healthcare system of the United states”

Frankly I think we would all be happier if we were allowed to exterminate fascists and go on about our lives as we please.

Yes it is.
Smokers should be in a protected class, just like Christians, and people of different races, ethnicities and other factors that cannot be controlled.
I grew up in New York city and three years ago I finally woke up and moved out. What finally did it? When the midget Despot Mike Bloomberg demanded all the landlords of New York city submit a list to city hall of all the tenants in their building who smoke. I don’t smoke, but I recognize Germany in the 1930s.
