It's time for state officials from governors on down to local health authorities to declare within their own jurisdictions an emergency and order the arrest of any official who knowingly and willingly releases ANY of the ones here illegally into the general public. States have public health laws and TB is one of several diseases where you can be ordered into isolation from the public.

Congress it seems has forgotten this nation from the 1910's through late 1950's suffered several huge epidemics which took lives of many and left others mildly to severely disabled for life. If the Feral Federal government won't do it's duty and get them back home NOW then states need to use their arrest powers against those obstructing that process.
