The Political Left Is Deconstructing The Middle Class

A lasting legend from Russia’s Communist Revolution illustrates the attitude of the Progressive Left toward the middle class: the examination of rounded up citizens by the revolutionaries.  If a captive’s hands weren’t calloused, he was executed.  That doesn’t fit America; better to enlist the citizens in the deconstruction.  Though slower than the Russian approach, that hasn’t proven difficult; the left's programs are popular with voters.

America’s middle class is a historical anomaly, a result of combining British government and jurisprudence; classical liberalism; a disparate stream of immigrants and an entire new, unexploited; and a lightly governed continent where the prior occupants were no barrier.  Add to that an industrial revolution.  Though seldom discussed in public now, the resulting huge, educated, propertied, and politically powerful middle class is seen from the left as an obstacle, an impediment to the reshaping of American society desired by Progressives.  In short, it accumulates and retains too much of the political power, property, and wealth that Progressives prefer in the hands of government.

Progressives see property and control seated more appropriately in the collective, and not limited by Judeo-Christian "middle-class" values like private property and personal responsibility.  Such ideas are bedrock for the middle class but a bane for Progressives; Progressives approve of limits for individuals, but not for government.  However, Christian values have faded rapidly since the 1960s, reducing middle-class cohesion and thereby lubricating social and economic class dissolution.

Examination of Progressive programs shows middle-class reduction as a common if unstated theme under either political party.  The process, deliberate and continuous, intends to return America to the historical social structure…

The greenest lefties would certainly like to see fewer humans around, especially the unbelievers. American kulaks and the blacks will be the first to go if the greenies ever get the chance. Abortion is still mainly about keeping black numbers down.

The post-war move to the suburbs--made possible by the GI Bill--created millions of homeowners. That demographic shift from renter to owner contributed in no small way to the electoral victories of Nixon in '68 and '72 and eventually Reagan's landslide in '80.

The Left in this country is making sure that never is allowed to happen again.

You are the first person I have heard in my entire life to define middle-class the same way my late father.

He said, in short, that if you can lose your job . . . you are NOT middle-class. Doctors, lawyers, small business owners, etc. who answer only to their customer/clients are middle-class. Middle management types who have a middle-class lifestyle are not truly middle-class because their fate is in the hands of others.

Being middle-class is most definitely not about income, but control of one's destiny. THAT is the opportunity that America afforded and that is why we live (lived?) in the greatest country on earth.

America must be destroyed or the UN can not take over the world and dominate with global government.
We must not be able to protect ourselves against global government militarily, and removing our best military personnel who will not fire on Americans is part of the plan. The NWO wants control now and you won’t see Zurich in a war ever, not in their back yard.
Removing guns from Americans is part of the plan so they will be defenseless.
Financial terrorism has been going on since the crash of 08....break the middle class and leave no way to borrow any money to recover...that’s the plan.

WHAT DID AMERICA THINK ‘I WILL STAND WITH THE MUSLIMS’ ACTUALLY MEANT FROM O DRAMA?? What part of ‘transforming America’ did they not understand...because if you are the greatest nation on earth there is nowhere to go but down!
