Universities across the country are hosting a National Gay Blood Drive today to encourage the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to change its current policies which prevent gay men from donating blood.Activists have pushed for gay men to be able to donate blood for the past several years. In 2010, a government health committee heard testimonies and reviewed the policy, but ultimately recommended keeping the ban and researching alternative policies.
Those at the blood drive today will be given the opportunity to sign a petition against the FDA’s policy which will be sent to the White House.

The blood donation issue is is all part of the drive to classify HIV as just another disease which impacts all groups equally, and that gay males are no more at risk of getting HIV than nuns in a convent.
However, there is this pesky thing called truth.
More intentional spreading of disease.
But, no worries, we have obamacare.
What’s with this agitation to overturn the ban on homosexual blood donations??
There are others who are also banned from giving blood.
Anyone involved in prostitution, either selling or buying such services, is banned.
Anyone who spent a certain amount of time in Britain during the mad cow disease outbreak is banned.
Anyone who has injected street drugs is banned.
I think there are some other groups for which there is a blanket ban, similar to the ban on homosexuals donating.
The point is, these bans are in place NOT because blood banks are discriminating against homosexuals, but because they have come up with various health threat criteria which makes people in these groups high risk of spreading disease. Not just AIDS and HIV, but other illnesses as well.
But to the homosexuals, it’s all about them.
Part of the long standing goal and game plan of the gay lobby has always been to turn AIDS into a heterosexual disease, ideally an epidemic.

We used to see the containers in the store ‘HOMO MILK’, now we’ll have ‘HOMO BLOOD’.

I wonder that too. I have heard that anyone involved with prostitution, either seller or buyer, is banned. This behavior is a high risk behavior for both buyer and seller, so blood banks, based on health risk criteria, have banned such people from donating.
The homosexuals make it sound as if it’s all about them. In reality, it’s about health risk criteria being applied to how blood banks handle blood donations.
Of course, Obama will be 100% in favor of giving lots of Americans AIDS... errr, I mean, gay blood.

My argument - the CDC is a part of our massive, uncontrolled progressive experiment where politics drives the bus. the CDC is controlled by the same Washington bubble ideologues as other agencies.
