Thought it would be interesting to see what one of the actual leaders of the free world had to say about the shootdown of MH17 while the bozo in our White House was off eating burgers in Delaware and fundraising in NYC.
Note, like a true leader, Harper actually makes a point in his statement: "While we do not yet know who is responsible for this attack, we continue to condemn Russias military aggression and illegal occupation of Ukraine, which is at the root of the ongoing conflict in the region."

Harper is the leader of the free world.
you want a war against Russia?
call for the public execution of the ones responsible .
No quarter .
Completely agree. And Tony Abbott in Australia did a nice job today as well.
Speaking the truth is going to cause a war with Russia?
But Obama got a burger and two fundraisers under his belt.
I assume you object just as heartily to Reagan’s much-stronger condemnation of the Soviets’ shootdown of a KAL flight in 1983?
Is every “leader” supposed to just shut up and cower because Russian is involved the way ours does?
My new best friend!
Putin hands Obama an unforced error, and he fumbles it. Way to pick up the ball, Harper.
Canuck ping?
Good post.
How does comment on a webpage imply that someone wants a war with Russia? Is Putin’s aggression to go uncommented upon out of fear?
Canada Ping!
What else do you expect from a retired president? Did you complain about George Bush not issuing a statement? No. So why worry about Obama not reacting either?
Bush’s fault!!!!
If this goes on I will absolutely have to change my screen name.
A Canadian. All those Royalists we kicked upstairs after the Revolution must be grinning ear to ear, spiritually. ;-]
Yeah, and then get a tagline like mine :)
